Great Apple product as always. What can you say, its an Apple device. Love the screen resolution and wireless charging for the Pen is flawless! I would probably upgrade and get more storage now that I've had it for a while but other than that its great.

Honestly one of the greatest Apple products to date. Super fun and an amazing piece of hardware. Really excited for iPadOS to take it to the next level. Thanks a ton to Best Buy for the amazing staff; walked in and walked out with exactly what I wanted in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 rating

Bought to replace a 10.5" iPad pro. The refresh rate makes it very slick to use. New squared off design is very nice. Speakers are surprisingly good. I use it most with the Apple Pencil to take notes on PDFs through One Note. It works very well that way, reducing the number of things I have to print. I'm not giving Apple 5 stars for anything, because every time I buy something, a newer version drops a short time later, so "value" is always kind of a question. But, "value" is probably not at the top of your list when deciding to purchase an Apple product.

Couldn’t stand typing letters on the iPad screen or looking for the cord to connect the typing pad I purchased. This iPad has the availability of a typing pad that connects by magnet with no cord needed. When I’m in meetings and open my iPad, within seconds I’m ready to work saving loads of time.

I purchased the new 12.9 iPad Pro. After using it about 5 days I realized it was just too big for me. But it is absolutely fabulous. I wish I could have made it work but took it back and got the 10.5. Do not be discouraged from this post to buy one. Being my size I just needed something smaller.

For a long time apple user, it takes a while to get used to not having a home button. Closing apps takes skill. Other than that, no issues - great device.

Love this new iPad with bigger scream and better resolution. My only issue is battery life is poor and runs low even charging while using WebEx.

We bought this for my daughter because she did not want to always carry her Mac to every class. This Pro iPad is great! We also bought the pen so she can take notes on it! She has not put it down and is enjoying learning what all she can do with it!

Since the 1st iPad came out I have purchased almost each new model. The iPad Pro 12.9 is the best, & that’s why I keep getting them. The best display & the simplistic operation, with the fewest issues & best security. To me that is worth the premium price Apple charges.

Although I prefer laptops to iPads, the iPad Pro is the only tablet computer that allows me to read music. I am a professional classical musician and the iPad interfaces seamlessly with my music score software and bluetooth page turning pedal.

Bought the keyboard and Apple Pencil to go with the Apply Pro iPad. I honestly don’t use the pencil but really love the keyboard . Wish it had one more level though. I’m able to use or link the iPad with my work computer allowing me to work both screens.

Like the iPad pro .But it is way too expensive . Therefore deduct one star.

I use my iPad with a keyboard while I’m out places that using a laptop would be harder. I enjoy it. I would recommend esp if you’re a college student like me and want to move to digital note taking or having all of your textbooks in one place.

Wasn’t sure if I would like having an iPad because I thought of it as just as a big iPhone and I already had one of those. But, I was wrong. When at home I pick it up more than my phone and my MacBook Air. Also drawing on it with the Apple Pencil is a blast!

Had a 1st gen iPad, then hadn’t replaced it when it broke — the iPhone did so much of what I had used my first iPad for. Finally decided to try a new one, for word processing and email mainly. So glad I finally did. The iPad Pro is really amazing — am enjoying it.

This is our second iPad. We purchased this one because our other one was 5 years old and wouldn't hold an internet connection. The 12.9" iPad Pro is more user friendly, brighter, colors are sharper, and overall a much better product

Very fast. The tracking with the pencil is amazing. I've owned the 9.7" ones and this one is a very nice upgrade. I think it's almost, not quite, a computer replacement when paired with a keyboard case for me. Would probably be for some, though.

I use it for school and the multi-screen function allows me to take notes while reading my texts (via my school’s bookstore app). Got the 2nd gen pencil time go with it and it was worth it! Face recognition is fast. Very glad I made the purchase.

The best tablet but little pricey. If you but a pen its another 199. If you buy it for your work it will be worth it

Excellent product. Only drawback is it came with veery little user information, but then that is the way with all tech products now. Very little information packaged with product. Consumer has to download it off of a site.
