It’s is very powerful and surprisingly useful with any task you can throw at it! All day battery life!

I’ve had this product for almost 2 weeks now and I am in a lot of the software is impeccable everything is perfect I love Apple so much and this jazz makes me so happy that instead of a laptop I have something in between :) you should deathly get this product because when I went to Best Buy the service was really good I got everything in less than 10 minutes but everything I need the iPad and Apple Pencil

GREAT PRODUCT. I went in to buy an ipad air. looked on site and it said it was available but when i got to the store the product was already sold out. After driving 150 miles that was disappointing. I had to get something so I went up one level and bought an ipad pro and there was just one of those. But my wife is truly happy. This was my anniversary gift to her. We waited months for this product to become available.

I have enjoyed the size IPad I selected. I am continuing to learn the many features that it brings.

could have used more help in selecting protector. He said here they are and I grabbed one not paying a lot of attention and it has to be returned as it doesn't work for us as we don't have a key board. I thought he was pointing me to the ones that work for what I had purchased. I know I should have paid more attention so part on me but felt he should have said do you have a keyboard or this one is for a keyboard.

So far this is a great iPad. Way better than the old iPad 3g I still have that’s unusable anymore. I do have to say that Kevin at the Spokane Valley store is awesome and so is the rest of his crew at this store. They all help make an online purchase and pickup at the store a great experience.
