Non communication

I did not complete my purchase,I returned it. They had me make appointment then couldn't do what I needed,said it was against policy. Then I wanted something else done and that was taking longer than supposed to, as the person was walking around and laughing in back room.

I asked the sales person at least a three time he said yes 256 GB. When we open this gift today it shows 128 GB .

Great Product - Incredibly Poor Buying Experience

The new policies at Best Buy stores is ludicrous. I don't want to do business with a computer or automated phone system. I want to deal with your helpful and professional staff. There was a reason we purchased our electronics from Best Buy. Unless you can become what Best Buy used to be we will purchase elsewhere.

Apple iPad and iPods

When I went to pick up my items they didn’t want to honor the ipods which was a promotion that apple was giving. After speaking to several staff, asst manager and the manager the manager came the register UPSET and finally put in code to get my items. AT NO TINE DID HE INTRODUCE HIMSELF OR GREET ME. NOR THANKED ME For SHOPPING AT THE STORE Despite OF COVID-19. What a horrible experience I had.
