I purchased the Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard, so I have turned my iPad into a working machine, perfect for note taking, drawing, typing, general school use, and media consumption. I use my iPad for nearly everything I need technology for, its perfect for me and has seamlessly fit into my daily workflow. :)

GreaT size and favorite APPLE device in a WHILEEEE

I went to Best Buy to purchase a tablet for my son. After careful consideration I decided on the Apple tablet. The features are amazing and the colors are so sharp. My son is taking a course on Game Art and Design and he is really enjoying his tablet. I'm so glad I got it for him. It was worth it.

Overall, pleased with the product and have not had any issues with the hardware functions. The software is right on point, no scratches or defects given it was an "open box" sale and it is quite the upgrade from my previous iPad mini. Definitely got a good buy out of this.

Its nice specially if you are already into apple game, their ecosystem lets you easily get sucked into their latest gear. Having said that, quality of product is outstanding and even a greater experience if you invest in more (expensive) accessories like pencil and magic keyboard etc.

The perfect size iPad for doing my Peloton bike rides using the app. The graphics and sound are incredible. This is the third iPad I have bought in the past six years and certainly the best. I am very happy with this purchase and hope to have many enjoyable years with this tablet.

Loving the new iPad, the screen and everything is just very nice quality. I use to watch Netflix and do schoolwork! But it is a little pricy.

Coming from the original 12.9" iPad Pro (1st Gen) w/ the floppy keyboard vs this with the new relatively expensive keyboard. This is much better in comparison when it comes to overall convenience. Quick FaceID unlock, touchpad. It's a decent hybrid between a laptop and a regular tablet.

This was a replacement for my other 3 year old iPad 12.9 that "died". I basically knew what I was getting beforehand but love it just as much. The clarity is great. Not wild about Apple changing the pencil or the charging cord but Apple does what Apple does best; keeps making money!

There’s nothing like an iPad. Especially the pro version when there is a lot of demanding work (photo/video editing, misc, work, etc). The quality is outstanding with the physical build and software. Pair it with the pencil, and you have yourself an incredible machine.

Received my iPad that I have been wanting for a long time now. I wasn’t sure on the size as it felt huge when I first handled it . Now that I’ve had it a week , it seems normal sizing and I love the quality of the image , the clarity. Apple never disappoints me ! I love it

This has been a great investment as a "family" iPad. With everyone home right now, it is good to have devices that are easy to use for kids and technically challenged adults.

Too large to be used as a handheld which is how I was hoping to use it. Quality of the picture/screen is outstanding. I returned this and went with iPad Air instead.

I’ve never done open box before, but I’m honestly stunned at how immaculate this iPad is. I’ve been wanting one for a while now, and this was the perfect way to finally get it while saving a good amount of money. Super happy this worked out so well!

Apple iPad that i bought for my niece who is in school. She loves it. And I have one too. I love it. I have an Android phone, and I try to keep it as 'dumb' as possible. Having an iPad helps me to accomplish that.

There is little to review about the iPad Pro since it is a superb product. However, it is something else to boast about purchasing it at Best Buy with great service, at a great price, and add the Best Buy credit card and it makes it an excellent choice.

We are extremely happy with all items. We are especially happy with Geek Squad technician Levi. He explained everything simple for us that aren't computer savy. He was very personable and friendly. You should be proud of his representing Geek Squad.

With the 4th generation iPad Pro my use of a laptop dropped in half. So many common activities are ideal on a tablet. Email especially, but web browsing too. When paired with Apple TV or a HomePod the transition from a personal experience to shared entertainment is seamless.
