    The product itself would get five stars but the one I got malfunctioned within two weeks, Apple gave me a new one and I have not had problems since but had to purchase new screen protector as this was not covered.

    Purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend. It works fine for a tablet but I don't see much use other than a normal tablet. This tablet costs $1200 + $130 + $350 + Tax. That is a good computer or decent laptop. This company makes me sick how it nickels and dimes its customers for items after sale. Apple Pencil, Keyboard cover etc... the pencil should be included and well a bluetooth keyboard should not be $350. But idiots like me will buy it for their GF and idiots like my GF who don't know what money is will always want it. Oh and its pretty heavy kind of uncomfortable to hold also with the keyboard its really really heavy.

    This was an out of the box purchase certified by Geek Squad to be in excellent condition. However, the screen was slightly chipped/cracked.

    The reason I got the iPad Pro is for the size of fonts and so on. But these icons and fonts are no where near as big even on the huge setting.
