Its an Ipad I bought for my parents. It seems to work well.

iPad was great.........................................

The Battery doesn’t even last 3 days, I have to charge this iPad Pro almost every other day!

good product, works good, I though would be more useful, I don't like so much but my wife does!

I spent over a thousand dollars on iPad Pro and had the understanding the pencil came with it. The guy even showed me how to use it on the display one. Well, when I opened the box, it wasn’t there and when I called, I was told it does not come with it. I was very disappointed . Also I went into the store to ask them to help me put the screen on because I was afraid I would mess it up with my arthritic hands and to show me or at least tell me how to set up the iPad. They said they would do it but it would cost me $100 and were not very nice about it when I refused to pay for something that should be a service. I had to order the screen and iPad cover because they did not have any in the store. I’ve purchased many things from Best Buy, but no more. With no service, I’ll go to Sams or Costco. Us old folks are not tech savvy, and a little kindness goes a long way.

Apple is taking care of it, but it just wouldn’t charge anymore after 2 weeks. Inconvenient to say the least being I’m pretty dependent on my iPad for work.

It’s too heavy, big and bulky. Not many choices on cases to choose from, wish I’d gotten the new iPad Air, kinda bummed that I can’t return it, only bought it in September

Best iPad I have purchased. The sound and picture quality make it well work the price.

Apple does it again, the power plug is different, Little big not to have in a case slippery and heavy just to carry.

Too heavy and I didn’t like the sharp edges. It was uncomfortable to hold.

Overpriced iPhone... Honestly, I prefer the MacBook vs iPad. Wanted this to take notes for work and use as a replacement computer... you need to buy the keyboard and pen to make it worthwhile. Bought at Black Friday and would have returned. Can’t stand Best Buy’s harsh return policy.

How can I review this product as you wold to someone else. I ordered it, paid for it, came to pick it up and you sold it. Not happy. That’s the reason for paying for it and ordering it. So, I would have it when it arrived. Why seek some i f that was already paid for? Not Happy!!!!

This is my first apple product and i am unimpressed. Bought April 25, 2021 and it is now July 11, 2021 and it will no longer charge. Of course its already past the return date.

Lousy service, took me along time to chase someone down just to retrieve this item. No help was wanted, just wanted to purchase and leave. The product was great but the store and service is horrible.
