    I don’t what’s the problem but I am experiencing glitch where I expect not. I chose higher memory so to have a lot of space for my work but I don’t know if bigger memory causing the glitch

    Bought for our daughter to use for school. She can’t get any sound when she’s in her class connects (similar to zoom or blackboard). Otherwise, it’s a great device. Works like a laptop with a touch screen.
