Bought this I pad to take on-line classes, great choice!

The service person was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The phone/email alert system needs some fine tuning. I received a cancellation message AFTER the scheduled time and then had to wait another week with NO explanation. Both days missed work. Not a good deal!

So far so good. Got the Pencil and the Keyboard that was on $100 off on sale. Figured out how to split my screen, love the keyboard and getting use to the pencil. Won’t know for a bit longer if this was worth it, but bought for drawing and AutoCad so fingers crossed.

Definitely an upgrade from my iPad Mini 4. It's pretty much doing what my MacBook Pro does, without the weight and keyboard (which you can buy separately). I highly recommend the iPad Pro if you don't really need to use a laptop.

35 year Apple user. Needed an upgrade and this is great for me. Not only will it replace my iPad 2, but I can also use it as a laptop once I get a keyboard to go with it. As a photographer and graphic designer, it's great to be able to use Adobe apps on it.

I upgraded from my IPad Air to the new IPad Pro along with the magic keyboard. The combination is a great experience. They almost have it so you can retire your laptop. The keyword is almost. Even with that the most powerful tablet you can get.

I Bought the Apple 12.9 iPad Pro for my son who needed it for his new job. Absolutely loves it and is able to do the things he needs to do for work. This product has made work easier for him.

A great step-up from my 2017 12.9 Pro! I've hesitated since March, but glad I finally made the change, I think it was well worth it. I'm pleased. I have adjusted well to the changes. I love it!

I got this from the store. It’s an open box but their rating as fine or nearly new I grabbed. Much to my surprise it’s really like brand new. I just saved $300 for this.

My daughter absolutely loves the Ipad, the Ipad pen and the magic keyboard. We had some issues initializing the Ipad, however the Apple help desk was amazing and walked us through it.

Great piece of hardware. I use it along with the 2nd generation Apple Pencil for illustration and animation and it works fantastic.

Devise was very good,but I really needed more guidance on activating it. I had to bumble my way thru and I still don’t know if I am using all the possibilities. How about a simple manual? Too many people assume your baseline knowledge is more than it is.

Every time Apple decides to sell a newer generation iPads, I try to always try to upgrade. And when I do I am always happy with the newer model.

Excellent for a variety of tasks. Very versatile when used with the Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard.
