While it still won’t replace a laptop, it was such a worthwhile upgrade from the iPad Pro 12.9 1st gen. Larger memory is great, however, any external drive can be connected (as long as there’s USB-c connector) as well. Faster processor is great for simple video editing using iMovie, GoPro app, Quick, luma or PowerDirector. Otherwise, as expected, a beautiful product.

I bought this iPad as an upgrade from my 2011 2nd gen iPad and love it so much. I use it to take notes for work that can easily sync from my iPad to my MacBook Air making it super simple to always have my notes with me. It's also great to watch Netflix or any video with the big screen. Definitely happy that I took the plunge and went with this iPad.

The new iPad Pro has some new features that I don't know too much about yet, but it will be easy to learn. I'm sure that I will get used to them, esp. the camera. it's taken some time to get used to the fact that it has no home button. All in all, it was easy to set up from another device, everything was saved, and I have a lot more space for pictures.

Definitely an upgrade from a 10.5..... make sure you get a case, case it feels like it would break easy if dropped without one. Screen is very touchy and has a nice feel to it. It also has great visual graphics when watching a movie on it. Bought the 1tb version, which makes it that much better to carry around a billion videos with me.

This Ipad Pro is very quick, easy to set up, and fun to use.

This new iPad Pro goes a lot more than a tablet, and adding accessories such as the magic keyboard and a mouse simply turns it into a laptop, and the battery life is good. The only thing I've noticed is that when in an app, you can't use the apple pencil to swipe up to the home screen. With that fixed, it'd be unbeatable.

Great camera, easy to use, use it for work and personal

This iPad is awesome. I own a iPad mini and upgraded to this iPad Pro. The iPad Pro is like having a tv in your hand. I’m getting older and my vision is starting to act up so I can see the screen a lot better and it links to my phone and Mac so I can save photos to all of my apple products.

I needed a new iPad to keep up with my drawing, and I asked for this for Christmas. it’s perfect! Great sensitivity, quick, lots of storage space, huge and clear display! I put a paper-feel screen protector on it that does make it look a bit more grainy, but it still looks amazing!

Purchased as a gift for my daughter in lieu of a laptop as she starts college. Great functionality & smaller & more compact than a laptop. Paired with the Apple Pencil for notetaking, etc. & she should be all set for all of her needs both in the dorm & in the classroom. Thanks!

We’ve enjoyed this product so far. The compactness makes it easy to tote around and catch on my daily tasks including shopping lists. Love the speed too!

Apple says that it can replace your computer...by far, not even close to replacing a computer because it lacks the following: 1) not compatible with external hard drives to transfer over large amounts of data 2) lacks functionally with true computer abilities in the majority of aspects 3) apps are not fully supported 4) not even close to being a device that can replace a computer (something similar to a Surface Pro)

Bought this to use for online teaching and have used for almost everything else too! I love annotating my notes with my iPad and the Apple Pencil, I love FaceTime in recording videos and watching Netflix, and I love the big screen and all the options. This is a great buy!

Gift for my wife. She loves it and uses it all the time. As we’re getting older and our eyesight is getting worse, the big screen is a game-changer. Terrific tool with the electronic stylus/pen (additional purchase...not included). Strongly endorse!

I love it so far, it’s taking me some time getting use to it. They changed things a lot. It’s a lot clearer & the colors are more vivid. I would recommend the iPad 12.9 to anyone looking for a great tablet.

i use this for school and i love it!..definitely. recommend it , it shared pretty quickly ... i bought this for school and i use it with the pen that u can by separately. its the best invest i have done thus far. i recommend if for any students out there

I never knew I needed an iPad until I got this. I love watching movies on Netflix or Hulu on this and I also bought and app that allows me to draw. I would recommend this iPad to anyone that has kids or anyone who loves an ipad

Does a great job of working as a tablet or a laptop whichever you want or need at the moment. Seamlessly switches from keyboard to touch screen. Magic Keyboard is a mandatory accessory, once you have it the sky is the limit on what you can do with this device!
