Great. Purchased during the pandemic for my child to do school work. Was very helpful and Hugh. Used to Apple product so if you have used one you have used them all. Great iPad.

I use it for work it’s easy and not bulky. I can also sync pictures from my phone

I Baught this to transition to Apple products from Android. And I have grown to really enjoy this tablet.

Bestbuy has always done get with my new iPhones and new TV but I had to make 2 trips back to try and get my iPad data loaded from old to new. I was told to go to tech support for help and hoe yeah you need an appt to do it. I was also told they don’t load data from iPad to iPad just phone. I had to remind the people that I bought the iPad an hour ago and they loaded the data from old iPad to new. They ended up trying to help. I eventually had to air drop data from old to new at home to get it semi fixed. This was the poorest I have ever been helped at Bestbuy.

This was very much worth it. My kids love it and will definitely be buying this again.

This is a $1200 device that I bought purely for basic internet use like web browsing, social media, YouTube/Netflix. I’ll say I do use it heavily(5+ hours straight) a day, but again only for simple tasks like online shopping or social media. The battery on it sucks. For what I use the iPad for it isn’t anything heavy like video editing or uploading/editing files, but the battery still only lasts like 6 hours after a 100% charge. Doesn’t make sense why the battery life is so bad considering my iPhone would last all day doing the same exact things. I really don’t think just because the iPad has a bigger screen that cuts the battery life more than half.. Evehthing else on the iPad works great for me though, but the battery life is a big deal to me which is why I rated it low
