    Great tablet, the only reason for the 4 stars is the customer service was horrible. Completely unprepared, poor training, poor communication. Trade in process was a joke

    Absolutely love this iPad….however charging port stopped working at less than 7 months. Apparently this is a new iPad issue. I was 8 days past the 6 months of eligibility to buy AppleCare (not to mention that it can’t be purchased if it doesn’t work). Apple had pity on me and put in the claim as “no power” and replaced it. Bottom line, if you buy this iPad, buy AppleCare from the beginning. Sure wish I would have bought it on my iPhone when I could have.
