I felt that the edges of the magnetized case along with the device case were too sharp for my use. I am used to my Mac BookAir which has very thin and smooth edges. This one hurt my lap when I was sitting and using it.

No points for apple purchases! I think its terrible that best buy doesn't give you points when you purchase apple products from their store. That is not good for their customers. Pathetic!

This tablet is extremely overpriced for what it can do. IpadOS (even with ipadOS 15 coming this fall) is far too limited. You can’t hook this thing up to an external display. You can’t use a video conference software and use another program at the same time. You can’t plug in headphones. Does it look nice? Sure, but its so thin that the battery suffers, so battery life is just okay, not great. Do yourself a favor amd skip this. Get either a surface pro 7, or a regular ipad. It’ll do the same exact things this one does.

Works great except for the battery life. It must be charged at least twice a day. My old iPad would last all day on one charge.

Apple is really starting to release junk! These new iPads will not let you sync your music/movies from a Mac. Both devices updated as apple support requested. Apple support could not fix the problem. Said it would be fixed in the future with an update. So they expect us to buy something new and then maybe it will work before your warranty expires! Steve is turning in his grave!

I like it except the battery drains almost as fast as my 2nd generation iPad Pro I exchanged it for. It was 5 years old.

We were going to have geek squad install it they called morning of appt said they never installed one and canceled appointment AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!

As per usual, great hardware limited by Apple's software choices. I have tried a few tablets and while this might be the best specs wise, the software is just so limited and makes it unpleasant to use this tablet. The blooming issue is still very much there even if you buy new so hopefully Apple's next one will address that and ideally actually make iPadOS useful, and make it take advantage of the hardware is has available.

It’s okay. I didn’t know that word’s full version did not work on it. No one, not even apple could help me figure this out.

Don’t see much difference from prior generation. Wish I would have saved my money

Not really happy. I thought it will be work as a laptop alternative.... Some programs did work better on my Mac

It’s just overpriced. For a device at over 1000$ and bragged about screen, blooming is an issue. Will definitely not recommend this product to anyone. iPad air should be good enough. It’s definitely not a laptop replacement.

This replaced older Mac and after a short time it became clear that I needed more power and size.

The price a little higher than other source , there is newer models too I was not aware about when I bought it
