Could’ve been 5 star but wrong charger was sent with Ipad ..then megahold with no help at customer service

I have over three laptops, two being macbooks, as well as older generation ipads and desktop computers. This ipad is by far my favorite and pretty much the only thing I use now. This thing is FAST! It loads quickly and is easy to use. I paired it with a keyboard case and now it works just like a macbook. I use this mainly for daily internet browsing, the cricut program, streaming movies, and catching up on reading. Its really an all in one. I have had it for over a year now and have had no issues. I have dropped it countless times and it hasnt cracked, so it is durable. The screen size is excellent for watching movies and editing photos. I am very impressed with this ipad.

This order was fraudulent. This criminal opened a Best Buy account and financed two of these ipads in my name through progressive leasing account that was also in my name. Luckily I caught this before they got a hold of the ipads and had them Mailed to my address. I returned them To the nearest store and they handled my return perfectly,

I had bought this in 2022 for school and yes, it is still running like it’s brand new! I’m glad I went the refurbished route because I really dont regret it. I did a battery check on it in December of 2024 and it is currently at 91%, so yeah this is gonna last me even longer than I expected.

Screen cracked twice pretty sure it’s a design issue as this has happened twice

Purchased it open box, so I knew there would be a 50/50 chance it would be in good condition. My husband used it the next night for a concert for his sheet music and the screen blacked out from that point on so I returned it.

Didn’t download all my stuff, so kinda of disappointed !!!!

Ipad Pro offers transfer from android but after no less than a dozen attempts, calls to both Apple and Best Buy, as well as geek aquad appointment, the transfer does not appear to actually work. Very disappointing.

Not very happy with Beatbuy. Have had over 10k tied up since Oct 2020 on a Kitchenaid range that I cant seem to get and the mgr of the store cant even find anything out. I ought to take this to small claims court since my money has been tied up this long.

Going with 1 star review not related to the product. Related to the delivery I got the damaged product. No replacement available for the deal price I got.

The 2021 IPad Pro 12.9” died less than 30 days after purchase! Very disappointing!!! The second Apple product that has died in less than 2 weeks!!!!!!

iPad only worked for 10 days and then went totally dead. No replacement product was available so a new one was purchased from Amazon.

Giving only one star only because there’s no lower option. If you’ve been happy with a 1st gen iPad Pro, then steer clear of this one.

What an upgrade! WOW! This iPad Pro 12.9 is amazing. Coming from a 2013 iPad 2 and an IPhone 8, the best part is the easy learning curve with so many options. I got the Zagg keyboard to compliment and it synced beautifully and works hand in glove with the iPad. The speed is amazing on this iPad 256g 8gb ram and the Zagg keyboard cover puts it at a great angel for viewing with a flawless keyboard. The tablet is fully protected and pulls up out of the keyboard cover no problem as it is magnetized. Very pleased! And if you have phone service through a provider save yourself $200 by getting WiFi only iPad and hotspot through your phone when WiFi isn’t available or nonexistent (you do need a nearby hotspot to connect this way). It is perfect for surfing and videos. You only need WiFi + cellular for those extremely fast games when you cannot use WiFi and hotspotting will freeze in the middle of your gaming. But I don’t do fast paced gaming so why pay more for what your cellular carrier already provides?

This one was brand new and kept glitching I had to return this and get a new one
