My purchase experience at Best Buy was fabulous! I used the web site during Black Friday weeks to find new old stock, 2021 iPad Pro. Then I saw an open box give me a second chance and got that one. It arrived timely in a few days. Solid packaging. The iPad Pro, is a wonderful machine. Apple has made a great thing. Beautiful display and fast. The sound system is superb. Apple, makes moving from old pad to bed oad soooooo easy! Backup old unit, fully. Power up new unit with blue tooth on. The link and begin commission ing if new oad with all knowledge if old pad

Highly recommend this iPad great for drawing and for school use haven’t had any issues at all.

Beautiful picture, huge screen, good battery life, a little on the heavy side.

It still feels new at 2-3 years old, and I am using it for school and some games.

Another great iPad. I upgraded to the latest iPad Pro for the faster processor and lighter weight. It’s definitely faster than my 2nd generation iPad, with an improved camera. Too bad I have to get a new pen.

I upgraded from a 3rd gen iPad. Huge difference in performance. The best part is watching high def content in gloriously amazing brilliant color.

Stunning screen. I had a 2018 iPad pro 12.9" and I can tell the difference. Just a lovely device. I upgraded because when I bought the first I only got 64 GB of memory and it wasn't enough. Hubby gets the original since I'm the tech nerd of the family. I'm reviewing the 256GB here, but I bought the 512GB straight from Apple. I have the iCloud 2TB plan, but I like playing games on Apple Arcade and installing a few games on your iPad takes care of that quickly. However, I think for most people, 256GB should be plenty of memory; I just went a bit overboard. I will say their claimed battery life is wrong. A whole day? Only if you're reading on kindle in dark mode.

Great iPad does everything I need it to do and never have any issues with it.

Had the gen 3 prior. The screen is amazing on the gen 5. Main reason why I upgraded. Mini LED for the win. Supposed to have 10 thousand mini LED backlights to an lcd. Not quite OLED quality but beautiful non the less with amazing contrast and brights and darks. Pros and cons. So far I like the mini led compared to OLED. But still can’t beat a big screen OLED for the living room. Especially when it comes to price. Micro leds is the future.

Huge Screen, Expensive, Great for using as a note pad with pen/stylus.

This is the third tablet( the first 2 are mini 4's) and this resent one is the 12.9" i- pad Pro. One of the many features we have come to enjoy is the large screen; so much more area to view, and sharper images, compared to the Mini's screens. Apple's Magic Keyboard for the tablet is GREAT!! We are still getting use to this new instrument, but really are enjoying it.
