So my 1st Gen iPad Pro 12.9" finally started to show signs of fatigue after 8yrs. More specifically the battery/power unit was malfunctioning, my choices were fix, or after 8yrs just upgrade. I upgraded. I love the iPad in every aspect except I miss the fingerprint ID option. That and the extra bezel on the old iPad, else, perfect. Really my rate is 4.5, but can't give half stars.

Was having issues with my iPad Air 5, they made this trade in so easy. I got a refurbished one, and you could never tell the difference from the brand new thing!!! This iPad has been treating me so good since I got it. I cannot thank the Best Buy employees enough for helping me make this decision. They were through with the entire process and helped me find the best match for me. I’d highly recommend day and night over- this isn’t my first refurbished product from them and it won’t be my last. If you’re thinking about it… do it- you won’t find another price- I know because I’ve looked LOL. Best Buy is the place to go. You will be well taken care of, and they WILL find what’s best for you. If you’re thinking about it. Do it. <3

I had it for 2 weeks and i made an appointment to geek squad because it will not turn on

I switched from paper to digital note taking for college. I have to say the extra few inches of screen space is really nice. Its the size of an A4 sheet of paper. I do have to say, for such an expensive product, the battery life is a bit underwhelming. But, that is my only gripe.

I like the iPad Pro but I don’t like the new 17 upgrade it’s just too much features I like 16 because it was nice and easy to use. It had all of the wallpapers and one that came out of the box.

I upgraded my iPad Pro 11” to the 12.9” for work. I use my iPad every day in music rehearsals, and the 11” was doing the job. However, after switching to the 12.9, I will never go back!! The larger screen is SO worth the money.

My recent purchase has been wonderful! She's beautiful and responds at lighting speed with me barley touch her keys. I was very hesitant with paying that much for an iPad but glad I made the choice to do so.

My daughter love it so excited. She like Roblox games and training the vocabulary and reading. She will using watch for the sign language from her mom is deaf.
