Best Buy = No Go. 1st bought a 4th gen 12.6 GeekSquad Certified. Came with a urine yellow screen, a BB member “certified” it. Said “let’s not risk it and buy a new one”, gladly gave over the $1100. 2 days later, frozen screen. Cant use, only return or ERASE THE DEVICE????? This is customer service? I’m headed back to BB as soon as they open. This isn’t the 1st time this YEAR with BB support. They roped me into a $50 “Plus Membership” and accidentally received the “Step On You Membership” STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUY!!!!!

I bought it as a Christmas gift and arrived just in time. My daughter loves it. Bought second gen apple pencil as well.

I had tried to buy a Geek Squad refurbished M1 12.9 iPad Pro, but the one they sent me was actually a 4th gen with the old A12Z chip and was the wrong color. I went to my local BestBuy (N Canton) and they made it right by selling me this one at the sale price. It ended up working out for the better because this one has the M2 chip, and was in the color I wanted (silver). Silver looks clean to me. The USB-C charging is a nice upgrade, as is the unreal Liquid Retina XDR display. That display blows any other iPad out of the water. The display alone would be the reason to get the 12.9" Pro model, in my opinion. Not to mention the battery is larger and lasts longer. That being said, this 12.9 M2 iPad Pro is so powerful. The speakers are WOW. It's like watching a small TV. I put an Otterbox Defender Pro case on it, and could not be happier. Thanks to Apple for an amazing tablet and to BestBuy N Canton for your great customer service!

I purchased this product for my business to utilize in lieu of a laptop for certain meetings. It is easier to transport and I was very satisfied with the large screen and found it easy to use and appreciated the long battery life. They fact that it is compatible with the Apple Pencil is also a plus!

A super upgrade from my dads 10 plus year old imac . We did everything to keep her going but she was just getting to slow. Great speed , ability to run multiple things at a time and able to run Safari without any problems as im more used to it then goggle crome. Awesome size easy to read everything. Great upgrade for home use computer that is more reliable and now portable I can get my things done in more than one place!

I bought this iPad to replace my iPad Air, which I had bought about 2 and 1/2 years prior. I was between getting this or and MacBook since I originally felt like I needed a computer for handling things a little more “officially.” There’s just something about the difference between handling important purchases, emails, and workflows on a computer vs a iPad. I thought a computer was the right move until I started to look closer at the 12.9-Inch IPad Pro. I just love the convenience of an iPad, and I felt like getting the iPad Pro could possibly give me the best of both worlds. It could be a considerable upgrade from my iPad Air and still be powerful enough to make me feel superior in control, and confident handling more important things on it (more multi tasking, bigger/brighter screen, mouse capabilities, etc.) In short, I was right. This iPad Pro 12.9-inch has been exactly what I needed. I am so glad I didn’t jumper over to a MacBook (even though I always loved them). This iPad is so powerful with the M2 chip and the display, especially with pro motion, is very easy on the eyes and everything you need. I paired the iPad with a Logitech pro keyboard and this package is fantastic. I love stage manager on this iPad as well, something that iPad Air didn’t have. The ability to have multiple apps open so I can jump around and write up documents is so awesome and it’s about to get even better with this coming Ipad OS update. All in all, this iPad is phenomenal! If you are somewhere on the fence like I was with those ideas, pull the trigger on this iPad. MacBook’s definitely have their place but the IPad Pro 12.9 inch is really narrowing the gap. If you want the convenience of iPad but the power and “official” feel of a laptop in your workflows, the Ipad 12.9 Pro might just be perfect for you.

A full blown desktop class computer in your hand! I've had many different android and Apple tablets over the years, and this tablet is just awesome. The screen is huge and easy to read. You can do anything with this tablet, the M2 chip is crazy powerful. This is the best tablet on the planet, no doubt! Nothing else comes close. The battery lasts me more than a week, and I use it several hours a day. Mostly reading, social media, and watching the occasional television show. The tablet is definately not cheap, but you are also looking at a top of the line tablet. If you have the extra bucks to spend, and you want to go first class all the way, this is the tablet for you.

Large screen was the deciding factor for me. Much easier to carry than my MacBook but with the same capabilities and more. I was able to put the Nook app on my iPad and more I can carry my books everywhere I go electronically with having to carry my MacBook and my Nook. The specifications and speed are awesome.
