This is hands down one of the best Christmas presents ever. One the best IPads I have ever owned this it IPad number 4. This is a keeper.

Vivid colors, very good quality. Bought for my 9 year old, along with the apple pencil, bc she wants to do digital art.

This iPad works well with digital art apps, especially Procreate, which is an app only available in specific iPads.

It didn't work for me as a team web manager for my work in telecommunications, I performed several tests and couldn't get the main application that I needed for my work to work.

Battery went out pretty fast of just having it for a year have to keep on the charger now

One star too many!! I really should have given a ZERO! BB insists since Nov. 2023 (which was a “Black Friday deal”) a purchase for an Apple iPad. BB instead delivered a set of “BEATS” headphones!! I am being charged for a HUGE Best Buy ERROR!!! Somebody is not doing their job diligently!! The frustration & time wasted on this one incident is beyond comprehensible!! This is TOTALLY unacceptable from a “reputable” electronic company. Think twice people before you consider buying from Best Buy!!!

I love my new iPad the resolution is very good and I can see my messages and calls from my phone.

Great value for a great new iPad! My husband hasn’t put it down since Christmas!

Bought one for my wife as anniversary gift. A week later the iPad Pro shut down and would not turn on or be charged. Returned it. Exchanged for new one. Was a bit of a hassle because the unit was dead and had to remove from iCloud otherwise the store system could not allow exchange. Things they don’t tell you when you purchase.

I know I know... it's Apple, this is just a glitch: but it doesn't turn on at all after 35 days!!!! now I have to go through all the process to get it fixed. For over one thousand dollars you would think it would last at least a few years. My apple ipod from 2003 STILL can be charged and used to this day! lol. very upset by this process.
