    Bought one for my wife as anniversary gift. A week later the iPad Pro shut down and would not turn on or be charged. Returned it. Exchanged for new one. Was a bit of a hassle because the unit was dead and had to remove from iCloud otherwise the store system could not allow exchange. Things they don’t tell you when you purchase.

    I know I know... it's Apple, this is just a glitch: but it doesn't turn on at all after 35 days!!!! now I have to go through all the process to get it fixed. For over one thousand dollars you would think it would last at least a few years. My apple ipod from 2003 STILL can be charged and used to this day! lol. very upset by this process.

    Returned it because it discharged quickly and eventually wouldn't try to charge. Reached out to customer service 4 or 5 times within 1/2 hr and by the time I would get a person to talk to apparently they couldn't hear me. Happened 4 out of 5 times. The other time I was just disconnected. I would recommend the product but not the service I received

    No one in the store bothered to help they just walked by. The person who sold it to me was busy casually talking to a co worker nearby. I had to interrupt to get help. She didn't seem very knowledgeable about the product and accessories nor did she seem very enthusiastic about helping me get everything I needed. The price for the open box product and the condition of the Item itself wasn't horrible but could have been better.

    Not even up to a month and I started having problems with it. I charged it to 100% and after I took it off the charger it froze and ever since then it only comes on when I plug it to the charge and I still can not even use it because it is still FROZEN.
