Got as a gift for my husband, opened it on Christmas. He loves it.

Returned it because it discharged quickly and eventually wouldn't try to charge. Reached out to customer service 4 or 5 times within 1/2 hr and by the time I would get a person to talk to apparently they couldn't hear me. Happened 4 out of 5 times. The other time I was just disconnected. I would recommend the product but not the service I received

No one in the store bothered to help they just walked by. The person who sold it to me was busy casually talking to a co worker nearby. I had to interrupt to get help. She didn't seem very knowledgeable about the product and accessories nor did she seem very enthusiastic about helping me get everything I needed. The price for the open box product and the condition of the Item itself wasn't horrible but could have been better.

Barely Use It.. But When I Do, I Love It! Downside, Battery Drains Quick And It Overheats More Than I Would Like!

Not even up to a month and I started having problems with it. I charged it to 100% and after I took it off the charger it froze and ever since then it only comes on when I plug it to the charge and I still can not even use it because it is still FROZEN.

Bought a brand new iPad Pro 12.9 inch 6th gen M2. The iPad screen was defective, pixels kept fluctuating in videos with a line appearing randomly on the screen. Didn’t expect this from an Apple premium product like an iPad Pro. Highly disappointed with this product.

Limited color - only grey, no imprints allowed. And the iPad Pro is so slow when it's brand new. The seller said there would be cash back, but we didn't get approved by the Bestbuy card, so there's nothing back.

I bought open box Excellent ipad, and it showed up with nothing in the box. No box for the tablet, nothing. That's totally ridiculous and a cord on top of it i will never buy open box again

SInce the very first day that I received it the touchscreen is randomly non responding. I paid a lot of money for a pro iPad and all I got is a device with ghost touch and not responsing lots of times.

It didn't have a charger and cable. I even bought an Excellent-conditioned iPad. They deceive me. Then, I complained to them, but they only offered I should buy a charger and cable on my own

It’s powerful, beautiful, fun, and easy to use. It’s like having a supercomputer, a cinema, a camera, and a studio in one. I can’t imagine living without it.
