SInce the very first day that I received it the touchscreen is randomly non responding. I paid a lot of money for a pro iPad and all I got is a device with ghost touch and not responsing lots of times.

It didn't have a charger and cable. I even bought an Excellent-conditioned iPad. They deceive me. Then, I complained to them, but they only offered I should buy a charger and cable on my own

It can do everything I ever dreamed of and more. It has a super-fast chip, a super-bright display, a super-wide camera, and a super-cool port. I can make 3D designs that look like they’re popping out of the screen, build AR models that make me feel like I’m in another world, play games that make me scream with excitement, and more. And the battery never dies on me. The display on my iPad Pro is so awesome, I can’t take my eyes off it. It has a high resolution, a wide color gamut, a fast refresh rate, a high contrast ratio, and True Tone for comfortable viewing. It also has different brightness levels for different types of content. It’s like having a mini sun in my hands. The camera on my iPad Pro is so smart, it knows what I want to do. It uses machine learning to automatically adjust the frame during video calls. It can pan, zoom, expand, and focus on me or other people in the call. It’s like having a personal assistant who knows how to make me look good. On the back of my iPad Pro, there are two more cameras. They are great for shooting videos with high quality and HDR. I can capture funny scenes and moments with my iPad Pro and edit them with ease. My iPad Pro also has a lot of RAM, which makes it run smoothly and fast. It also has a Thunderbolt port for connecting external displays and devices. The audio quality of my iPad Pro is amazing. It has five mics and four speakers that deliver theater-like sound and Dolby Atmos. I also have some accessories, like the Apple Pencil, Magic Keyboard, and Smart Keyboard Folio. Wi-Fi 6E ensures a fast wireless connection, so I can quickly access my network and stay productive. My Apple 12.9" iPad Pro is the best thing that ever happened to me. It’s powerful, beautiful, fun, and easy to use. It’s like having a supercomputer, a cinema, a camera, and a studio in one. I can’t imagine living without it.

Not at all what we wanted or asked for and this is what they gave us

Only disappointed with the length of battery. Down to 50% charge by noon.

Lasted 24 days before it completely died, no charging indicator when plugged in, completely dead. Bringing it in tomorrow to fix it or exchange it.... great 1200 dollar product

Wouldn’t buy this again just shouldn’t sell items that don’t keep its charge and gets hot Took it backbefore the 12 days and they didn’t take it back

Not use to an Apple product and I'm learning as I go.

I am so disappointed I charge my I pad 100 % and I can only use it for 3 to 4 hours

Horrible experience at the store , the staff was very rude and unprofessional.

After an update, it is HORRIBLE for a few days. I've had less than 3 hours. It can even drop significantly while the screen is off.

Hasn’t even been 1 month and it doesn’t turn on. Couldn’t get a service appt till 10/1.

For now since I don't have the item yet and it was ordered on the 7th.

Since I don’t have this iPad because it was purchased with my stolen credit card, I can’t give a good review. So, I’ll say 1 star for constantly getting an email by Best Buy to review an iPad that was purchased by thieves.

Great ipad. I had the air 4th gen before whichIloved for 3 years. Big difference in speed and of course bigger screen.

I ordered this online Friday night. I received great communication via email that the order had been received and another email when it was ready for pickup. I walked in the door Saturday morning and received instant service. The two young ladies asked for the email with the confirmation QR code, which I gave them. I was led to the pickup area where I received my iPad Pro and was on my way. My in store time was five minutes and I was on my way home to explore my new device..

I hadn't upgraded my tablet in several years and I was actually very surprised by the differences in them... processing speed being one of them. Although this is a heavier tablet (I upgraded from a 9.7" iPad Pro 1st generation), it doesn't feel cumbersome to me.

So my 1st Gen iPad Pro 12.9" finally started to show signs of fatigue after 8yrs. More specifically the battery/power unit was malfunctioning, my choices were fix, or after 8yrs just upgrade. I upgraded. I love the iPad in every aspect except I miss the fingerprint ID option. That and the extra bezel on the old iPad, else, perfect. Really my rate is 4.5, but can't give half stars.
