Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tech person who was helping us chose my iPad and trade my old one was a rude jerk, I don’t even remember his name but it was a tall white male, he spoke Spanish even though he couldn’t even be bothered to let us know even when he was listening to us talk in Spanish, he was hurrying us all the time and at the end he just sent us to geek squad and told us we were not going to see each other again and to pick up our stuff over there. I also told him specially that I wanted an Apple Pencil with my order and when I got to geek squad and they gave me my iPad I didn’t see the Apple Pencil with it, the girl assisting us was very kind and attentive, she told us they didn’t receive the Apple Pencil but was going to get it for us. If it weren’t for her the experience would’ve been terrible. Thankfully everything worked out and I’m happy with my products
