    I had to buy a new apple tablet because I was told it would cost over 1000.00 to repair the port that was not taking a charge. It has been less than one year and the new iPad is not taking a charge.

    I bought an open box one online. When it arrived I was busy so i didn't have time to mess with it. Once i had time i learned it was bent. I tried to do an online return but you have to take it to the store and i was too busy within the 15 day policy. I wouldn't have bought it if i knew it was damaged.

    I'm a field engineer. A couple of co-workers got this iPad Pro to go paperless for preparing field surveys. It seemed to work well for them. Like me, they were PC and Android users and my thoughts were - how hard can it be to adopt IOS? I was wrong - this has been a very frustrating experience and I've never successfully used it as intended. It may be a good machine but to me, it is useless.

    Horrible I went and bought a brand new iPad about 1 week later I had to return it because the screen turned black. Sold me a broken device tried to exchange it they had none in stock so inconvenient told me to go to another store smh over all I expected more from Best Buy and received less.

    Battery life is very disappointing for a new upgraded iPad Pro 12.9”. And that is with every app refresh disabled. Returning it today which is such a big disappointment since I’ve been waiting to treat myself to this for a while.
