I have had iPad pros for the past 5 years. And never had a complaint. I can’t say the same for this one. And while I do love it I find 2 faults with it which is 2 more than I have ever had beforehand. 1 - the heating while charging. I have not experienced this before but if I am charging and using it the screen gets quite warm. 2- the Bluetooth range is noticeably shorter than with my previous 2 pros. I used to be able to go downstairs and still have a stable connection. Not so with this one and it doesn’t matter what headphone set I am using (Beats studio pro 2 or JBL tour one or my cheap buds from Amazon). Other than that this tab is a step up from the model before it. With the exception of those two issues I have no complaints!

My family had a week of medical procedures pending for my 10y/o daughter. She is a huge fan of art projects and has some real talent. I bought her one of these just to try and help distract her from what she had to do. It worked better than i could have imagined. I bought the Apple USB pen to go with it and she was able to go to her happy place even in the most stressful of situations. I was very thankful for this product and for the help i received in the SIlverdale Best Buy store.

My ipad pro was definitely worth it. Because I can draw whatever With it. And the Camera is definitely worth it. And lots of other things I love.

From a performance perspective, the iPad M2 is the gold standard of processing heavy work loads, multi-tasking, rendering, etc. while still operating smoothly/without lag. That being said, for as powerful and as impressive the iPad is, iOS severely limits the utilization of such powerful hardware. Nearly every app for the iPad is optimized for a tablet aka tons of features that this iPad is clearly capable of handling are removed. They did recently release Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro to the iPad in their full versions which is a step in the right direction, but truth be told if you're purchasing for creative reasons, I'd use the money on a Macbook Pro (assuming you don't have one) to get the full capabilities from both a software and hardware front. Lastly, this is more Adobe's fault but still worth mentioning; The iPad gets extremely hot while working with the "masking" feature in Lightroom to the point that the screen has to dim to 50%. It doesn't happen immediately, and still runs smoothly but Adobe is incapable of producing a software that is efficient considering this M2 can't even handle masking without having to dim the screen and throttle the CPU.

I use this for editing photos, I am a photographer. It is lifechanging and so glad i switched from a desktop to this for all my edits.

I have used it every day since I purchased and still finding out all the cool things it can do.

It’s amazing iPad. I love it since I got it. It worth my money. It saves me a lot of papers and books where I can download books in my iPad to save space in my bedroom. Love it

Love it! Nice and big. It’s a little heavy but I’m keeping in the house. The cord is too short I ordered a 10 ft cord. Very nice!

The timely release of fast and professional apps, along with regular updates, will enhance the power of the iPad and make it even more enjoyable & lovable.

Love it. Did not think i would want such a large screen but it is amazing. I love it for photo editing and for lesson planning and everything in between.

P erfect toy I lov all the apps n games a tools. I use this thing constantly. I never thought I would use I this much bu I even watch movies on It while flying.

The split screen feature is a huge benefit. The speed of the I pad is amazing. One downfall is that you still have to buy apps separately especially for school. Talk to text feature is great for notes.

I was expecting this ipad to have minor scratches at least, but no scratches at all. It is like a brand new item. I took a chance on this and I do notregret it at all. It is a keeper. THANK YOU BEST BUY FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Purchasing my IPad Pro was simply amazing at Best Buy. Even ordering it online was made easy for me. Honey let’s not get on the choice of me being able to get it so quickly and had the option to have it mailed for free or curbside. The price was reasonable. Being a first time Beat Buy purchaser and getting my first iPad at a reasonable price was all the reason to shout! Thanks Best Buy. Oh yeah, make sure y’all get the Membership as well. Fast response with this one! Perfect pixel display, love, the larger screen. It does have to be charged daily as any other iPad.
