I love the details of this ipad, it was solid as a rock, the touch screen was so fast and the quality of the screen resolution was crystal clear. I will definitly recommend this product.

I've never had an Ipad, but have had an Iphone. I'm very impressed with the Ipad. I've downloaded my pictures to it and reviewed, deleted unwanted ones and made some small edits to what I kept. I just need to learn how to use it more effectively in other realms.

We had the smaller version of this iPad and loved it but just wanted one that was a little bigger. Thank you Best Buy for locating it for us!

First time with the Apple system for a PC & working out the differences, but have have used an iPhone for years & the Geek Squad recommended the iPad for that reason. So far, so good.

The iPad Pro is great! Few things that should be better. The cord should be longer and the protection/keyboard sometimes doesn’t work but when you take it off from the case work well.

The best tablet on the market it still has a problem with blooming in dark rooms but even with that issue it is still the best tablet on the market

Excellent choice for creatives. As a film maker, excited to create content with this new iPad Pro especially now that Final Cut Pro is now available for this device. It is like having a movie studio in your hand! Telling stories is what we like to do.

IPads are the only Apple products I have ever owned. I like that I can use the Notes app to set up links for my parents and my husband's father to be able to view videos and connect to Zoom easily.

I have been an iPad user since the first gen iPads. I upgraded from the 1st gen pro and I am so happy that I did. I use this on a daily basis. I love that I can connect a keyboard and mouse to my device and use it similarly to a laptop.

This is my 3rd iPad. The last one I had, the speakers were so bad & hard to hear what I was watching. I LOVE this new iPad!! The picture is wonderful & the speakers are powerful. Highly recommend!!

To be an open box it’s a really good device and works great. I can’t complain about this device.

Excellent product, large screen, large storage capacity, lighting fast. Runs Netflix, Hulu, HBO MAX, Disney +, all streaming apps Flawlessly. Reason for 4 stars is a Best Buy issue not apple, sales should have advised me that I could have saved 400 dollars if I had waited 4 days, little disappointed in Best Buy I that regard. Long long time customer

iPad pro is the best iPad you can get, it can’t be compared to noting else in the market.
