If you want the best ipad experience don’t be afraid and get the 12.9 inch iPad, you will have to use both hands for this one but in my exprerience the screen is awesome, its huge and perfect for watching a lot of media, reading and just surfing the web, if ypu want the most portability go for the 11 inch. Again I totally recommend the 12.9 it’s worth it and the screen is huge.

I always had my iPad mini and never thought I’d need anything bigger, but after starting a business and going back to school I thought it would be useful. I’m SO glad I bought it. I also got the keyboard case and Apple Pencil. I use my iPad everyday for work, school and just regular leisure things.

Good quality good picture easy to use light not heavy

Bought this on a Black Friday deal. I use it mostly for school and browsing/gaming. The Apple pencil lets me annotate pdfs which is the biggest reason I bought it - trying to go from printing out my readings -> just reading online. Battery lasts a long time, works well with keyboard folio and overall great tablet.

Wow, what a screen! I don't think it gets much better. The mini LED tech they went with is stupendous. The M1 chip won't need to be replaced any time soon with the software they're running, any improvement to the processor is just bragging rights at this point. I had the 4th Gen, then got this one. The screen is noticeable right away even in a bright environment. But, it really shines, by not shining in the dark parts of the display, in a darker room. My wife and I don't have a TV in our bedroom, so this is our TV. I really hope this display makes it to the 11" version next iteration, I really like that form factor better. I did end up returning this in favor of a laptop because it's too big to just pull out and handle.

Wow this things is pretty great. I’m upgrading from the iPad 3 (also known as the new iPad, I think?) and also upgrading from an entry level HP laptop. This thing blows those guys out of the water! I’m using this as a portable photo processing solution to take with me on trips. With that being said, there are just a couple of downsides which I wanna talk about first. Mainly with file management. It’s a little tedious and what I really don’t like (haven’t figured it out yet) is exporting photos easily after processing. Other than that, it’s pretty great. What I love: The screen is fantastic! Great colors, dynamic range, contrast, and brightness. Perfect for photo processing. Performance. I’m using Adobe Lightroom mobile on it and it handles raw files (50mb files) with ease. I can scroll through all the photos easily and it has no problem loading them. Adobe Lightroom performs great! The only thing I noticed is that it’s a tad bit slow exporting and converting to tiff. About ten minutes or so to process 150 photos at the highest quality settings. Not amazing but not horrible by any means. I think the battery could be a tad better. Using Lightroom is indeed very resource intensive and I can maybe squeeze two hours before the battery gets to 50%. I notice it also gets very warm using Lightroom, but it has no active cooling. Overall, I’m very pleased with it. I still require a full on computer/laptop to do serious work but the iPad is a great backup/secondary device for smaller photo projects. If they can improve the file management side, and squeeze a tad bit more performance (faster exporting/converting) and a bit more battery, then I’d ditch the full computer.

Works perfectly fine and for my use case. I use it to watch and stream movies and TV shows on the go. And I use to plan my day to day activities and for effective note making. Perfect for students and on-the-go travel enthusiasts.

Speedy and large, got it on sale and it has been worth it

This iPad has a brain bigger than my actual laptop. It has a much faster response time, better screen clarity, and doubles as a laptop when I use the keyboard and Apple Pencil. Absolutely no complaints! I’d recommend this to anybody who wants a laptop for being “on the go” but doesn’t want bulk.

Great ipad big screen fast processor great for Netflix

This new iPad Pro does not disappoint. My old iPad Pro was only 2 years old so the magic keyboard I used with the old one still worked on the new one. I do highly recommend the magic keyboard. Very easy to type on and even has a cursor. The new iPad is a little faster than the old one. The main reason I traded it in was my old one would get lost frequently on safari. It would say an error occurred. Then I rebooted and it worked for awhile. I was rebooting sometimes twice a day. The new one has vivid colors. I’m still debating whether to get a new screen protector that decreases blue light. Everything is easier with apple across the board. I also got a good trade-in price with Best Buy. I also recommend their total tech. Apple Care+ price will be included in the purchase price of the iPad if you’re a total tech member.

Great buy on sale, but still a bit pricey. Big bright screen, fast response, fits right in with my other Apple products. It's only been used since Christmas 2022 so longevity reviews are going to have to wait.
