First time to try open box at bestbuy. Just okay to use.

While I love the larger screen, it doesn’t hold a charge very long.

my first ipad and last one,biggest tech product disappointment in my life.i am familar with pcs,androids,setups,did evrything like the ipad walked through-it never asked me to make a passcode,after hours of mnaking numerous id names passwords,verying emails,paypal etc...unlock swipe very hard to use,i then read its an issue u have to reupdate,then it locks me out wanting a passcode that it never asked me to ake-it did facial recogn instead,now i read i have to do all this connect to computer,get itunes,rest blah blah,whic i cant do because unlock swipe now does work-its going back for refund and no more ipad ever again...evidently my issues are common as i see on the net,there should have been precise warning of this passcode,for all these glitches the first nite,,,bye bye

Apple support can’t figure out how to get my music/movies to sync from Mac to iPad. The pad won’t even show a battery symbol when connected to a USB port on several Macs. Don’t buy!

It is not working right. I proofread hundreds of pages every day on PDFs, then I make corrections and send them back to my clients. It is all court transcripts. Half the time I make the corrections and hit the box in the top right-hand corner to send it off and choose the mail icon and put in a name, and once in a while it works but more often not and then it deletes the info on the PDF so I have to do it all over again. I waste about six hours a day so gave up now and. read on iPad and send the changes on my computer by typing in each change. Bought iPad to save time and it is costing me more tme. Terrible.e

I loved the size and capability but everytime I tried to read on the book app. It would just close EVERY SINGLE TIME. I returned it

The I pad pro has a 12.9-inch display, which is great for many things. The I pad can serve as both a tablet and or a computer. I use my iPad Pro mostly for school and note taking during lectures. I find it very convenient and easy to use especially with the I pad pencil. Although it is a separate purchase, I feel it is a much have for specific things such as note taking and drawing. The battery life on the I pad is another great thing, I charge my I pad once a day and it last me through the whole day and even the next couple of days if I forget to charge it every night. What I like most about the iPad is that its easily convertible, easy to carry around without the hassle of lugging around a large and heavy computer. I would definitely recommend the purchase of an iPad for various reasons, this product is overall great and easy to use, as well as the multiple purposes the iPad serves. I would recommend it for any college student who is in need of something much easier to travel around with. Overall love this product!

Too big. Took it back & got smaller one. This is like carrying a laptop. Heavier than my MacAir.

I bought my first iPad when you guys had the sale and I got back from a vacation with my family went to use my iPad and it no longer turned on I had to purchase another iPad for retail because they didn’t want to value my first purchase price I was very upset and I want to get some type of reimbursement or compensated very unfortunate for the inconvenience

Worst ipad ever... 1) its so heavy 2) bad screen compared to its price tag. 3) expensive

I told the store clerk that I wanted to test this product to see if it was too big. I assumed I had 30 days for returns. Just found out I did not when I called to start return process. I have spent 10k or more in the last 2 yrs. I’m highly dissatisfied. I just dropped 1k for something to sit in my desk. The woman didn’t even attempt to help me or offer any solutions.

Having problems with it, downloaded a free Solitaire game from the app store and now I can't get into the game. the screen is on the personal ad screen and I cannot get rid of it. If it is this difficult to deal with I will be bringing it back . Also cannot get help from the geek squad which I pay for! Live 60 miles from a Best Buy don' know if I can get help from my At & T store

The young salesman one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. He was rude. Sarcastic and at the end of my purchase he didn't respond when I said thank you. So, I told him: I told you thank you. He just waved his head with one hand as if you didn't bother me...extremely rude and unprofessional.

I love this iPad best thing I ever bought good for schoolwork

This item displayed on the delivery tracker that it was delivered Wednesday, June 16 and I’ve called daily and have received no update regarding the missing item or my refund!! This is unexceptional and an item at this cost should have automatically required a signature.

This is second ipad pro 12.9 I exchange. The first one is has battery problem. The second one is problem black screen. It is weird. Besides the battery problem charger. It took 2 hours charge but only 31%. It too bad if compare to my old air ipad.

Worked great for a couple weeks and now it won’t even turn on. Of course no one locally can get to it to look at it in a timely manner and BestBuy has the dumbest 15 day return policy…..It’s sad when you make Walmart look better.
