Open box not labelled correctly

It was an open box listed as "excellent-certified" but upon getting home I noticed a raised bump where the pen attaches. It scratched my apple pencil and now I have a scratched ipad and pencil. First time I'm not happy with the "excellent-certified" from bestbuy.
