I bought an open box, but there was no box. There was no documentation and no instructions. Packed very badly in bubble wrap. For some reason, the tablet inside the package was turned on and a voice not in English was heard from the box. Weird and a little scary. When I unpacked and switched to English I realized that he was saying something like - "turn off voice control". The price is almost like for a new, but the impression is terrible from the service. This is the worst experience I've ever had from buying online.

I have had this iPad device for almost 3 years and believe me it is one of the best I have ever had, the battery has an excellent durability capacity and to date it is still very effective, its camera is one of the best experiences I have ever had, thank you Best Buy and thank you Apple for your excellent products.

Love my iPad but not right now. After owning it since September , the iPad has shut off suddenly and will not come back on. I am very careful with it and did not drop it or get water or any liquid in it. I just turned the screen off (pressed lock button) and it hasn’t come back on. I’ve tried plugging it up and letting it charge I’ve tried hard resetting but nothing is working. Hope I didn’t spend $1200 for only 2 and a half months of use.

The phrase "you get what you pay for" has never suited something better. When I bought the ipad it was was the newest strongest one you could get and the price tag reflected that. The m2 chip is incredibly fast and the screen is gorgeous. I use mine to do drawing for clients and the apple pencil 2 pairs wonderfully allowing me to do things i could never do on other tablets. For creators and business, this ipad is absolutely the way to go. I am also pleasantly suprised that after two years, the ipad still functions just like when it was new. no slow downs, and the battery is still very good. My only gripe is that apple charges so much for their products.

This is a great iPad, the screen is amazing, battery life is great. It’s fast and awesome to watch content. It’s a little on the heavy side if you’re just wanting it for reading.

I have only have this iPad 3 months! Probably used it less than 20 times for reading and I am so upset about this brand new device! Half the screen goes black for absolutely no reason!!

The screen size is just shy of an actual notebook for any kind of note taking, drawing, or anything I would do with pen and paper (I have the apple pencil as well, HIGHLY recommend them both). I let my sister use it for her Fine-arts classes as well and we have both gotten so much use out of it that I couldn't even begin to express how great it's been. The camera is awesome, the speakers are better than I expected, and it just feels nice to hold in general. First time I've bought myself something and felt spoiled.

This iPad does not disappoint. The screen is beautiful and the processor is quick. Previous iPads that I have used, the backs would get pretty warm, the M1 chip in this one handles my workload way more efficiently and stays cooler.

The best tablet I’ve ever used. Beautiful screen, fast and fluid operation, great battery life, excellent speakers, reliable face unlock, m1 chip is a beast. I’m not another apple fanboy but in reality this is pinnacle of what is possible when you mesh beautiful hardware with killer software. I have a work Samsung tablet provided by my employer and it’s not remotely close to this tablet. I would make the case that this is best 1000$ computer when you factor portability, performance, screen quality and media capabilities. An absolute performance beast compared to anything.

I got this ipad for my 2 year old. We didnt want him to watch his baby shows on small phone screen. I was really impressed with the display quality my kid is getting. He also loves to play games. He had 10 games downloaded on it and all works perfectly fine without glitches. Battery life is also amazing one full charge will last about day and half with regular usage. He dropped it couple of time but no damage to the Ipad. Overall i would recommend to buy.
