My new iPad Pro is excellent. I was more than satisfied with Artero from the Geek Squad. He did a wonderful job bringing forward my info from old iPad Pro to new one. He did an outstanding job and very much a gentleman. He should be commended.

We use this item for doing house hold bills, reviewing emails, buying items on line, reviewing the daily news. Everything about this computer works like it should and mirrors our Apple IPhones as needed. Great platform

I love this iPad. The screen is super big and perfect for me. I wish my order had not been delayed but still very pleased.

The quality and appearance are excellent, definitely met the Apple product expectations. I use this in one of my photo booths and for work. Camera quality is great! Overall glad with my purchase and will buy another one soon.

I was conflicted on whether or not to get the MacBook Air or the iPad but i figured I could always get a keyboard for the iPad but I like the idea of using the pencil to write on my iPad brings writing notes to another level

Hey its apple at its finest I love the 12.9 iPad’s my 3rd time upgrading. If you buy magic keyboard it will set you back $350 Dang !!!! Oh but upgrade storage now on a PS5 lol or a series X Both are pricey !

This is my very first iPad, and I am so impressed with the power built into the system. My wife’s vision is failing, and this gives her the opportunity to see in large scale pictures she has on her iPhone.

Love it! No problems so far. Had trouble making purchase as I tried to get Best Buy card but come to find out they couldn’t check my credit score do to me having it blocked as someone used my ssn to try to get unemployment benefits.

It’s like the high def big screen of a tablet. The resolution is amazing. You need to get one!! Best iPad ever! Until they come out with one with an even better screen resolution

Never owned IOS before but worked with them for my job. I needed a Ipad for my golf simulator and chose the pro and its been working great and fast. My only complaint is battery life .

This is my 2nd IPad Pro and I just love it! Fast response and the accuracy is even better. The person that inherited my previous iPad Pro is super happy with it that one too. I recommend it if you have an older generation iPad Pro.

Great tablet…. Easy to use with a lot of functionality… Would be a ten if it was a little lighter…

Learning curve is high. A lot of changes from prior generations. Display is beautiful. Larger size is a plus.

Both computers were gifts to family members both of whom have been delighted with those gifts. Both daughter and granddaughter are able to accomplish their work and leisure activities with greater ease and success.

Love this product. I been having my eye on buying an iPad for the longest and I finally did it. I just got the iPad and Apple Pencil to go with it. I will probably consider buying the magic keyboard since I’m using this for college.

Purchased this during Black Friday and I’m very pleased with it. Works seamlessly with the apple pencil. I plan on purchasing an attachable keyboard case for it next.

I bought an Open-Box Excellent condition iPad Pro. It did not come with the original box nor the OEM Apple charging cable. A generic USB-C cable was inside the shipping box. The charger was scratched up. When I went to return the item, Best Buy return department lady told me the iPad Pro that was shipped to me is a refurbished one. Buyers beware.

Love it! I have always liked Apple products and I knew I would this one. It has been great for me learning more digital art. The price was right and I got great customer service while shopping for the iPad.

The iPad came in good condition cosmetically but when i turned it on it had a passcode on it. The one box sticker said inspected which is pretty much wasn’t. I had to drive to best buy to get it restored. I asked to see if i can get free apple care just to make sure my iPad was insured because it wasn’t inspected correctly but they said no.
