The product just gets better and better. I’m pleased with the service from Best Buy, I ordered on line and picked it up at the store. I was particularly impressed with Geek Squad, I didn’t have an appointment an they were extremely flexible and helpful in downloading all the info from my old iPad Pro.

The difference between the 11 and 12.9" ipads in use is substantial and I was not a fan of the weight/size of the 12.9 as I used it in places other than my desk or a table
