    Although I’m happy with the product, I bought an open box item expecting the full manufacturer’s warranty to apply from my date of purchase. However, when I phoned Apple support to update my date of purchase, they said I could not do so because it was open box and my warranty would run from the date of first purchase, not from when I bought it. This robs me of a full 3 months of warranty coverage. Bad policy!

    Touch screen and mouse sometimes do not work. I am still learning how to use.
