Had to return. Best Buy was supportive.

We didn't remove the ipad or is protective wrap from the box. It was a factory damage from apple itself. No fault of best buy. We speculate it have been one in a thousand or so to have factory damages. Anyway we returned this and ordered a replacement. The space gray color is pretty cool.

Don’t like Apple’s buy and wait program

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good, it was hard to get any of the new m1 iPad Pro 12.9” after Apple released them, so unfortunately I ended up returning this one for the storage capacity that I originally wanted after more started showing up for purchase. This is bad for the environment that Apple doesn’t have any new stuff available until months later causing me to waste time and gas going back and forth returning stuff.
