Really a top notch product. Highly useful for many

This iPad feels so good, an the design y gorgeous.

The new ipad works as expected. It didn't have any amazing truly amazing and exceptional features. Just know neither your keyboard or pen are transferable, you have to purchase the new ones.

With all the great accolades about the I pad. Its large. Hard to hold There is no sweet spot unless it’s flat. Not comfortable in bed. Or sitting. At least for me.

Incredible piece of technology. I eventually took back because it was too heavy for my liking. I have the original IPad Pro 9.7. Just used to that form factor I guess.

It can almost be a laptop. It’s got the power and screen. But the software makes it annoying to use as a laptop. File system and the lack of multiple windows are my biggest issues.

My review is not of Best Buy’s product or service but the product itself. I think at this price you’re better off with a MacBook.

I carry my iPad Pro with me everywhere for work and personal use. This one is a little too big for my needs. It's more like a computer than a portable iPad.

I was very excited to get the new iPad and I even drove 45 mins to the best buy to get it. After using since day one, it has been almost 4 months. Here are the few problems: 1 a game which I like to play on iPhone when I playon iPad the graphic is choppy and would skip a few sec or just quit the app. Isn’t iPad Pro graphic is Bette then iPhone X Max?? 2. Some websites wouldn’t load correctly for some unknown reason again it works fine on my iPhone but not iPad. 3 Bendgate: I have so many iPads over the year this is the first one I acutely experiences bended iPad problem. I don’t mind to use a bended iPad but i could no longer use FaceTime even the bended part is bottom of iPad as far away from camera as possible. Ok fine I would take to Apple store to fix it. Another problem occurred, I didn’t even notice the bend because the $129 Apple case. So the technician told me it’s my fault that I bended the iPad so I have to pay to have it fixed. Again fine, it’s not a big deal, I just want FaceTime to work. Then he said “$657 to fix it!!” I was like you got to be kidding, again I’m not looking for a new iPad just fix the camera sensor then I can use FaceTime. But that’s how much Apple is going to charge me. Wow just wow. I didn’t sit on it I didn’t do anything crazy because it’s a very expensive toy but $657? Maybe there is a design flaw so it’s easier to be bended. Anyway if you want to buy one, make sure you buy an indestructible case otherwise once it’s bended somewhere on iPad camera might not work or speaker won’t work.

our 2010 iMac couldn't handle editing 4k video so instead of getting another iMac or MacBook, I wanted to see if the iPad Pro could handle 4k editing and it can!

Bought this with pencil and keyboard. But still can’t really replace laptop. I do use it more than my laptop now. Just can’t completely replace my laptop.

Sometimes seems temperamental when using camera ID and can be frustrating getting started. Still, happy to have it and works very well once getting in.

Bought this with the Apple Pencil and I don’t regret it. Writing notes on this thing is so great and I just love watching videos or be on social media

Buy Apple products for security only. Would prefer androids if not for their differences. But on this purchase had applications removed from the apple store because it didn’t meet Apples standards. Work around: it doesn’t work on the websites. Example if I get mail from xyz I can look at it on the Webb site but if I go to the App Store it will inform me app can no longer be opened. Not good. Need to have indicator on web site.

I enjoy the iPad it is top quality. I might choose the smaller new iPad if I could do it again because it isn’t comfortable to hold with one hand.

iPad comes in hand for soooo much and it’s definitely worth it. It’s pricey but if you buy it fo a specific reason, it I’ll not disappoint you

I tried this out for a couple days and found it was too large, exchanged it for the 11" version and that works for me.
