Very large screen size but very convenient for getting things done. Not a full laptop but close enough to get many of my day to day tasks completed. Tasks meant for a laptop are still easier on a laptop but doable on the iPad.

Weight and size is ideal. Larger screen accommodates and normal laptop procedures easily. I honestly haven't logged onto my laptop since buying the Pro. Highly recommend.

Before considering upgrading to the iPad Pro (I previously owned an iPad mini,) I was looking for a drawing tablet to use with my Mac, or even an entirely new PC with stylus. I'd remembered hearing about the Pro and the apple pencil, and figured it might be something to consider instead. That was most definitely a good choice. If you already own apple products, you probably already realize that they all work seemlessly together. Being that I'm a Mac user, it was really easy to integrate the iPad together with it. I went for the 12.9" screen thinking it would be better for drawing on (it is) and I thought it might be a bit too cumbersome to have such a bigger iPad than before, but the size is perfect. When you pair it with the apple pencil (keep in mind this is sold seperately, another $99 on top of this,) the palm detection is wonderful /and you can treat it like a piece of paper, it feels very nice to use. I've been using an app called Procreate on it for drawing, and that and quite a few other apps have perfect integration with the pencil. It works so much better than I would have ever expected. It's smooth, there's no lag, and the pressure sensitivity is insanity. If you're not planning on using the pencil too, it might be better to go with a standard iPad, unless you need the larger screen or more powerful processor. I am beyond pleased, definitely would recommend this fella for anyone who has other apple products/wants a great drawing tablet/etc.

I had an iPad Air 2 and loved it. This new one is huge and has the Touch ID sensor. Only thing I would have like different is if came in rose gold to match my new iPhone.

Had an iPad 2 prior, but this new one is HUGE - easy to ready, great battery life!

I bought it forr the extra size, and was shocked at how much better the sound was.

My mom had the iPad 2 for years! I was unsure if she would be able to figure it out but it quickly became her favorite past time. I had bought the iPad Pro 12.9 inch and she was amazed at the size of the screen. She is older and she could see it so good! The size is just right for her! I gave her a laptop with touch screen and she just put it in the corner. She is truly an Apple kinda gal!

I love this iPad. It works great. Just like any other iPad. Fast operating. I love the Smart Keyboard. The only bad thing is that it has been really difficult to find the accessories for it. I still have not been able to get the Apple Pencil. The only limitation that I have found is when doing heavy stats, the Excel App doesn't support the add-ons.

The hardware is great but what makes the iPad even more desirable are the large number of applications available. The larger size screen on the Pro version is simply beautiful. Naturally it's heavier than the standard sized iPad, but the view is worth it. One thing that could stand improving is the charger. It literally takes several hours to fully recharge the battery. Apple should address this problem.

This iPad is great. I use it everyday at home and at work. I almost took it back to the store, only because of the size “to big”. I’m so glad I didn’t.

From Split Screen Multi-tasking to snappy performance, this is the must have item for the holiday season. As app support rolls in this machine will only get better.

I am fan of Apple IPad and have owned them all and I find the IPad Pro the best. Yes, it's big, yet, it's light, thin, and super fast. I would highly recommend it.

Love this iPad, screen is huge, very fast. Replaced my laptop with this.
