Great device, beautiful display, but limited OS, for the price I would rather get a MacBook air.

Very vibrant screen. Awesome memory. Doesnt weight very much and is thin even with water proof case. Would highly recommend. Battery life seems to be good for such a great product.

This iPad is phenomenal !! Such a tremendous improvement from previous generation. Paired with the Magic Keyboard is is essentially a MacBook Pro with a touch screen, gives me screen Envy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and contrast of the Mini-LED display. With a peak brightness of 1600 nits, HDR content looks intense on this display. The M1 chip gives this device the speed of a modern workhorse computer, which I was really excited about. I currently own the M1 MacBook Air and was excited to see just how well this chip translates to a tablet form. I was quickly disappointed though, as the App Store doesn't contain enough professional applications to justify putting an M1 chip in a device like this. Also, the battery life was no where near as nice as my MacBook Air, which is unfortunate. I also find it odd that Apple only configured the super expensive 1TB and 2TB options with 16GB of RAM, but at this time, a user still can't really even use the 16GB of RAM, as iPad OS is currently capped at 5GB of RAM use at this time. Overall, I think this device is nice, but I don't think even creative professionals should get this over the 2018 iPad Pro. There just isn't enough value to justify the cost of this thing. I would recommend just getting the 2018 iPad Pro since it would be cheaper due to it being an older model, or just get an M1-powered MacBook Air or MacBook Pro.

Very happy it, excellent product, excellent camera, excellent display, excellent battery life, recharges quickly, Wi-Fi is excellent.

The tablet is good it’s faster than any tablet I've used before and it shows, the screen is nice and the battery life is basically all day.

I love this iPad, it’s a great size to replace a laptop if needed and is relatively light for its size.

Bought it for my daughter for college. I already had one (a year older), and she decided upon this rather than a laptop. This was both of us our 1st iPad. We both love it!

Well, this is the second one I am buying - the first was for my wife, now I'm buying one for my wife's sister! Really an awesome machine- very capable for all sorts of tasks from every day to whatever you want to do! The best feature that we love is that the iPad communicates with the iPhone so they are interchangeable for messages and keeping up to date with photos saved. Nimble quick as well. A fine feature is that it is chargeable from the iPad magic keyboard. Really with the cover/keypad it is a laptop.

Its a great purchase and works perfect for me. I’ve been using this for almost 2 years now and still working perfectly fine.

This is exactly what you think it is and more. This machine is a beast with the M1 chip. It handles heavy apps such as light room as if they were nothing. As a teacher, it has many apps that I found myself to use every single day. Granted, these apps cost money, but they are well worth it. Although this is an expensive resource, this is a formidable tool and you will find yourself wondering how you did not have one sooner. If you are thinking about the Apple Pencil- buy it now! It is well worth its price.

Came into store to buy yet didn’t expect $400 off at Best Buy i am thrilled was able to step up to the 512 and couldn’t be more thrilled. Loving the big screen yet hadn’t expect the heft so be aware it does weight more than other models. USB C much saner than apple Lighting though just ordered a longer cable and Apple Pencil (also $40 off seriously Best Buy stop making me buy stuff lol) at curbside now writing this review

Teaching high school math from this iPad has revolutionized my classroom. The ease of writing on the screen and the clarity displayed is perfect. The 12.9 screen is great for grading also! I can have canvas open on the left side of the screen and the answer key on the right and because of the large screen, I don’t have any problem seeing everything that needs to be seen! Great product - I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Purchased for wife as a holiday gift. Spouse was ecstatic as it was what she's was looking for. She's looking forward to this latest iteration of her iPad.

I have been using an iPad Pro (second generation) purchased several years ago. It was time for an upgrade. I’m very pleased with the user friendly menus, display, speed, facial recognition feature, and battery life. It was a quality upgrade for me. I use it primarily for email, social media, photos, surfing, games and general communication. I am not a heavy gamer, number cruncher nor word processor as I am retired. I recommend it as a great primary iPad for communication purposes.
