It’s Okay, but the unit has it’s challenges

The issue with this is that there are never any training courses associated with these technological advances. And, although Apple claims all of their devices are “intuitive”, the reality is that it is NOT intuitive. It might be for someone who works for Geek Squad or at that level of IT expertise…..but the average customer does not have that level of Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. It takes time and the local Geek Squad crew has to spend time with the customer before the Learning Curve phenomena is diminished to one of progressive curiosity. Hopefully, that makes sense..

The iPad is very much like my iPhone and very much NOT like my wretched computer with Windows 10. I’m celebrating! There are definitely some concepts I have to get used to but I’m learning daily new tricks and short-cuts to apply. So glad that I decided to go for it!
