Went from an 11” pro M1 to this. The deal was too good to pass up to gain the mini led back lighting for media consumption. Dark movies and content are easily displayed now.

Excellent Service I Explained everything in detail I had an iPad thy would not repair because I had a third party look at it It’s needed a new charging system which I had Sorry for my luck use it as a paper weight These are very expensive

I bought this for my daughter to create digital art on. Adding Procreate, she has a powerful, portable and versatile setup she takes everywhere. Tough on the pocket but seeing her use it all the time makes it worth it.

I bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it! She uses it along with her Mac, she is a junior in high school already taking five college credits and inducted in National Honor Society so anything to help her, I will do

IPad Pro is always top notch. Even this is the model before the new was released, it stil performing well on software update. With the discount, it is a very good value.

An outstanding device but its capabilities are limited due to its operating system, has potential for more.

There is no other tablet on the market that even comes close. It’s also an excellent replacement for windows laptops and chromebooks. It’s an all-in-one aweskme machine.

I've not had time yet to fully explore the item, but so far it's great. My last ipad was one of the first ones, so this is a big change. I'm still playing catch-up.

Love it. But the camera on my iPhone seems to work a little better and take better pictures and videos at times. Not sure why but seems to be a common issue. But still great overall and the pictures and videos are still great!

Replaced an original 12.9 iPad Pro with this one, and it is perfect for my needs. Took a bit to become accustomed to the facing camera location and Face ID as opposed to the button on my previous model, but not an issue.

Birthday gift for techie son who needs a flexible and light and computer for college with great battery storage. Fits the bill on all accounts, with lots of advanced features. Screen colors and images are awesome.

Everyone I worked with over period of week and half were very good!! Problem occured with the credit application. After several trys we finally gave up — but manager stepped in and saved the day!! Love the Ipad!

My first apple product. I generally stay away from apple products but this has impressed me. Pairing it with the apple pencil has been good for note taking, however the integration of office products is not ideal. For example i cannot print pdfs to onenote on the device. I would like a stonger magnet on the pencil i find it often falls off in my backpack. I will be purchasing a keyboard in hopes of replacing my current laptop with this.

Love it. Not sure what else to say. Debated between a laptop or this. Mainly bought this over a laptop because of touch screen, not sure why their Mac’s are touch screen yet :-/

Sold me a 5th gen version not the latest 9th gen at the time of sale on January 24, 2022. 5th generation ended production March 27, 2018. Very disappointed. Not more service options and no longer supported. Won’t buy devices from BestBuy in the future.

My 87 years old mom simply loves it. It is so easy to maneuver.

This was a replacement to the last iPad Pro I got from Bestbuy last year. It finally died from some internal issue. With that being said I still like my new iPad Pro.
