Love my iPad the size is perfect and the picture is great

Was purchased to replace an older IPAD and has not disappointed.

I love it it’s fast and better to see but it is a little pricy

Overall it is a nice iPad, however I am very disappointed with how quickly the battery drains.

Bought this item open box online .The ipad was in prestine condition which is what I expected from the excellent condition labeling .I had no probelm setting it up and all was good until I had to charge it.The description lists all parts/accessories as original and in working order.This was not true in my case .When I went to charge it The screen recognized the charger by making the connection sound and began to charge .After about a minute it made the sound again and continue to make the noise over and over again.I went online to troubleshoot but nothing worked .I tested out a Usb-c cord I had from another device laying around and a 12 w apple wall charger box and it worked just fine charging as it should have.The next day I was able to get a geek squad appointment and the guys there were pretty nice and confirmed the charger was the issue and they recommended I buy a new one .I informed them that the ipad was one day old in my hands and the parts where labeled as in working order I asked them if they can replace it and they said they could not.My only options were to go to apple or return it since it was within the return window.At this point I am not a happy camper because the run around began as they send me to apple to replace the charger.Apple says we can’t look at your ipad without an appointment which was a few days away.When I made the appointment they noticed the charger box is a knockoff with no apple markings now I am even more frustrated because its what came in the box ,apple will not replace it and neither will Best buy .I could spring for charger but I just spent a lot for an ipad and all its accessories were supposed to be original and working.At this point with each company was blaming the other and no one would replace it I decided what I paid wasn’t worth it if I had to go through all the back and forth after just having purchased it.I lost money since I purchased and installed a tempered glass screen protector on the screen and camera.My advice to best buy would be inspect your products and make sure your parts are original as stated.You could have provided great customer service by just replacing the charger .That would have been the right thing to do especially after one day of actual use.

Over priced for what you get. Bestbuy staff were great and very helpful. Sad you have to purchase extended warranties to cover everything. With technology and the varying level of experience Apple should offer better coverage for what they are offering.

Damage to the screen on all 4 corners not mentioned in this “open box” purchase.

Found this size to be very cumbersome. Returned it a bought the smaller size.

It's an iPad, so it's pretty good, but not great, has several irritating features and lack of simple features.

WENT DEAD three days after warranty expired which was two months. Not happy

Not very impressed - this iPad Pro is pretty big in size but, I’m not impressed in the item

Had an appt with Geek Squad to transfer email, computer files, and download new Microsoft products on my new MacBook Pro. Received notification that my computer was ready and that the work was completed. When I arrived to pick up my computer, the email accounts were not transferred, the folders were not moved, and Microsoft was not added. I waited another 1 1/2 hours for the work to be done.

It has come up repeatedly with “something went wrong” try again later!

Very expensive piece of junk. I have 2 printers and spent 4 hours trying to get one to print. I finally got the HP to print 1 page then could not make it print again. How apple got to where they are today mystifies me.

Love this IPad …. Can’t wait to see what they have done to it to improve it! It’s perfect so not sure why they would want to improve it!

Paid $1500 for the iPad and it won’t even turn on. I have to now send it back to apple and see if they can fix it or send me a new one.
