I purchased the iPad Pro because I’m interested in using it to make artwork for greeting cards. It meets my needs and is definitely an upgrade from my 5th generation iPad 2. Ernest, the in-store Apple Sales Representative, gave me excellent advice regarding accessories. Alex, the Geek Squad Technician, who assisted me with setting up the iPad Pro and restoring my iPad 2, provided outstanding customer service. He definitely deserves a gold star. He was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and answered all of my questions.

I bought this a year ago because I wanted to become a paperless student I couldn’t have made a better choice. No need to carry a bunch of notebooks and textbooks with you! I will say the only downside is remembering to charge it the night before you have class. If you are a person that needs to constantly have two apps open I would definitely recommend the 12.9 inch. The large screen helps when using the split screen because it still allows you to see both sides without having to zoom in so much.

Bought for my father-in-law. He loves that the screen is much bigger than his old one. Much easier for him to read.

This device feels great to use, runs very smoothly, and, despite its size, is not at all difficult to wield. During this pandemic, grabbing art supplies is not as convenient as it once was, so I purchased this device primarily because I wanted to dive into graphical art. I read many reviews from experienced graphics artists who said this was a great option. I have to agree with their assessments. Using Procreate, the behavior with the Apple Pen is a manageable variation from real painting/inking/sketching. The battery life is fantastic, the response to pressure and angular variation is excellent, the interface runs very smoothly, and the input lag is unnoticeable. In addition, I've had no issues with decreased performance as I add layers. The display is great, very vivid, and translates very true to poster prints. You lose bit-depth on canvas if you're not careful with settings. The iOS makes saving and moving content between media and other Apple devices very seamless, and that operating system runs like butta' on this guy. Beyond this, video-calling looks, runs, and sounds amazing. Can't ask for more out of the display fidelity. Although not something I'm doing primarily with this device, I have streamed live video in addition to pulling HD content off servers, and this is saying a lot for me: It is one of the best displays I have. The sound is also surprisingly good, but seems to favor upper-registers out of the box. In short, it's expensive, but completely worthwhile if you need it for the aforementioned uses. If you're just looking for a tablet for some streaming and the occasional puzzle game, this is overkill. You won't be disappointed if you buy it, but realize you could have accomplished that spending much less. However, if you're going to get some mileage out of its horsepower and functionality, this is the right way to go.

This thing is crazy fast! Honestly it’s just as fast as my new MacBook Air. The size is perfect for pretty much anything I do on it!

I’m a full time college student and I was looking for something that isn’t as heavy as a laptop can be but I also wanted a touchscreen. I was debating over this or the Microsoft touchscreen but I’m glad I went with this one. I already have an apple phone and they are easy to connect and I get all my messages thought my iPad and it connects well to the WiFi and my hotspot. Highly recommend getting the pen with it and buying the Notability app because you just write on the screen and double tap it and it puts it in text form. Great for college because it light weight, doesn’t take up a lot of room, and is easily accessible. *I don’t recommend this if you are a writing major or have to type out a bunch of stuff because it’s not the best for that in my opinion. I don’t have to usually write over 800 word essays and it’s easy for that but I think a bigger/wider screen would be better for that because it can be hard to navigate though word and google doc than on a laptop/computer.

The bigger one is where they money is worth more than the 11” one because the screen is what is the best part of the iPad Pro is! Software now is so much better with iPad OS! Pen also feels very natural but since this is a big boy, holding it to write is difficult. You have to use it on something solid to use the pen or to draw on it. Buy a wireless keyboard like Logitech K780 where you can place it in a cradle above the keyboard and type it like using a laptop is worth so much!

I like the big screen and being able to run multiple apps. Also, it is nice and light, good batter life, and very portable.

It’s the perfect size and weight. Ie resolution is awesome the sound quality and loudness is perfect for movies

It took me a bit to decided to make the purchase, as it is a bit pricey for a ipad I primarily use for entertainment and reading. A confess my prior was a Gen2, but was in perfect condition with the exception it had become hard to update and many new apps did not run on it. However, I am glad I took the plunge, as the new features allow me to use this for more than entertainment. I find I can now also use it for work and avoid having to lug an additional computer on short trips.

I Absolutely love this iPad. It’s very smooth to operate!! I love the large screen. I have nothing bad to say about this iPad.
