A sales pitch that is so misleading and expensive. The software is lacking and has NO similarities to a Mac.

Save your money

Never dropped, no scratches anywhere. When I researched it I found that it was common for hairline cracks with the new iPad Pro glass and apple won't replace it even though its manufacture defect because im outside of the year warranty and cancelled my AppleCare (which I felt I didn't need because I take care of my things).

Apple service is terrible and the store is not any better - DO NOT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS FROM BEST BUY never again

1 line of dead pixel 30 days out.

This time around, I noticed a line of dead pixel 30 days from opening the box. Now I have to figure out how to get it repaired. Horrible.

iPad 12 Pro - like the size, 64 gig is not enough

Love the size, overall the cost is kind of high for only 64 gig, but thankfully I found one that was returned. Unfortunately the otterbox I bought did not protect it as it should. But I still use it (broken screen).

Apple unwilling to cover under warranty claiming slight bend in unit. They ship with slight bends. Unit has been babied. Unbelievable.

Took it back 4 times - called for help on phone. Ipad was obviously defective. Way too much trouble for the entire case.

Poor charge ports
