Great device. No issues. Would purchase 1 agin. It’s time for an upgrade though.

I was not sure if I needed to get the iPad Pro or the iPad Air for the type of work I will be needing it for, and *Lisbeth (one of the Best Buy staff) helped me significantly on saving money and getting the right iPad Pro for me, along with an Apple Pen and an iPad Pro military grade case. Using Procreate and MyScript Nebo with the Apple Pen is a whole new experience, and when it comes to the resolution, I would not have settled for any other version of the iPad. This is stunning with how crisp images are. Recommend it to anyone using it like I will be: taking notes for my Math classes and Data Science (truly all my classes), ebooks for college, and graphics.

Love this tablet to death. Great for taking on trips when I want to pack light. Works with different brands of pens with no issues.

Best and most useful Apple product I've ever owned. Initially got a Macbook Pro but I didn't want to risk the keyboard problems, moved to a Surface Laptop 2 but experienced glitches with the software. Finally settled on an iPad being my best option. So far so good with no issues. Does everything I need it to do. The battery life is beyond what I thought I'd get out of tablet so big and the speakers are out of this world. Should have kept my other iPads!

I am a Samsung person and bought this for work. I love this thing! It's big enough to see w/o my glasses! It takes the same charger as my Samsung to.

I'm upgrading from a 9.7 because I want a bigger screen. The GOOD: iPad screen is great. It's thin, light and fast. NEUTRAL: USB-C: I don't have an issue with that New Pencil: I like the old one better, but wireless charging is nice BAD: One side is higher than the other. The device is bent. Apple says it's no big deal. I think it is. This isn't a one time thing either. There's an entire batch of bent iPads out there. Debating exchanging it or just waiting until the next iPad. If I put the case on it, I don't notice the bend. Spending another $100 to cover up a manufacturing defect seems silly.

What an improvement over my old iPad. Screen is more clear and it runs much faster! Had to find replacements for a few apps that are not compatible

This is a great iPad. Plenty of power and design to suit your needs. But.. there is a MAJOR defect in the 12.9 3rd gens.. They will BEND over time. Not from use but from heat, the large thin size, and type of aluminum. Any ipad I get brand new goes right to a heavy defender otter box.. Amazingly after one year of use the touch screen stopped working. Taking the mint condition (literally MINT) out of the otter box what do I find but the iPad in a U shape! Do a little google search and you will find others having BENT ipads! Well once it bends enough it will cause the logic board to bend and kill touch screen ability! Now Apple KNOWS about this defect. Bringing it down to the Apple store actaully got me a new replacement (they can't argue with a MINT conditon defective iPad). This one only has 90 days warranty. So be known these WILL bend over time. Apple does NOT have to warranty it. If your iPad has any signs of damage even not related you will be out of luck!
