Faster than last year's model. I use it every church service for music and preaching. Nice and bright. I don't find iPad OS very easy to use two apps at once, but that's a criticism of software, not the iPad itself.

I thought it was great until I purchased the 12.9 iPad Pro. I guess I didn’t realize that the larger screen played a big factor. I’m on it all of the time now!

12.9 ipad 5th Gen

The good: I do like the 12.9 screen and the face recognition. The "eh": It doesnt seem any quicker than my 2 yr old ipad. The battery seems to drain much quicker than my old ipad. To turn it off, you hold the power and the vol button at the same time which is annoying.
