I honestly have always had an iPhone since it was first released and have upgraded to each newer model, so never really saw a reason to get an iPad because I didn’t think it was worth spending the money for something that did exactly what my iPhone did. When I heard about the newest iPad with the M1 chip, it peaked my interest in wanting one, and BOY OH BOY, its a game changer. I also purchased the magic keyboard and I basically have a lap top now. I first purchased the Logitech keyboard and returned it to get the magic keyboard and totally worth the price difference. If you’re thinking about getting this iPad, DO IT! You will not be disappointed.

This is a very good product to invest in, haven't had any issues with it, since I've owned it.

I didn’t know Apple made made the 12.9 IPad pro smaller. If you don’t follow Apple and it’s products how would you know.

Great device. Leaving 4 star review because for the price you expect ultimate tablet, and while iPad gets close to that, but it still falls short in few aspects: Viewing dark content during nighttime with minimal brightness produces a lot of glow around lighter objects. Contrast is not as good as OLED. I was watching new batman, and on Iphone I could clearly see that the color of the heroes suit was black comparing to dark grey dress suits of other characters during night scenes, on Ipad they were the same colors. I will not be returning this item since total brightness during daytime usage is good. But if you planning to primarily use it during nighttime for media consumption I would stay away. Also still no apple general equalizer for sound output (they only got one specifically for AppleMusic). Which sucks if you listen to audio books which recordings have poor management of sibilant sounds.

Very disappointed! Very short battery life. Pictures, with the fancy camera with many lenses, not sharp; ie face photos not sharp at all! They look like oil paintings! About the only thing nice is its size. I would never buy this again!

Bought the iPad online as an “open box item”. Took it to Verizon to activate the cellular service and was told the iPad was showing up on a “lost or stolen list”. Had to return it to Best Buy and then buy a new one. Pretty frustrating and a lot of wasted time. Also strange that Best Buy didn’t check that before they a) took it back from whoever returned it originally and b). Resold it without checking.

iPad is awesome at this price. Worth for the money. Stylish latest and lot many features

Works great and very efficient on a day to day basis

I tried to switch the power on for the first time on this product but did not work. Plugged it into power still didn’t work. Took it to Apple Stores Lakeside London UK. They were unable to switch it on or diagnose what’s wrong with the product. I was told they can not exchange it but send it away for further investigation which could take up to two weeks.
