I cannot give this item a review as it was brought for a xmas gift.

My previous 9.7’ iPad could last 3-4 days without a charge , the new 12.9’ ipad can barely last a day. I am not sure it is normal…

no review as I could not get the 2 TB but opted for the 1 TB. i would love to see when the 2TB is in the stores so I can eventfully get one. my 1TB is great and if the @TB is any thing like buy one.

The build quality and screen are top notch. My only grip is the Face ID not being position to work with the iPad Pro being held horizontally. On the other hand, the software is a joke. There is no excuse anymore for a device with an M1 chip not being able to perform PC like tasks. It’s time Apple.

My wife wanted to go digital as she becomes more involved in church and leads a couple group meetings / discussions. She is already an advanced iPhone & iWatch user and leverages multiple apps to manage and organize her day. Being a "Go big or go home" kinda guy, I purchased the new iPad Pro for her for Christmas and maxed out the memory and storage to ensure she would be able to do anything she wanted to do. I also got her the new keyboard case, pen, Magic Mouse, and an extra power supply to completely accessorize the gift. She loves it and has already put it through its paces by loading apps, music, syncing everything between her phone, watch, and iPad, and uses the split screen mode to take notes while watching a sermon. This being a pretty significant purchase, I wanted to make sure I got all the components right so I went to my local Best Buy vs just buying on-line. Adrian at the Flower Mound Best Buy was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, made some thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything arrived in plenty of time for Christmas! Excellent customer service and professionalism!!

We had been looking at buying the iPad Pro for a while but couldn’t justify the cost. We randomly went to Best Buy and saw one in the open box area and couldnt pass up the incredible deal we got. We love our new iPad and the quality of it! Couldn’t live without it now.
