    It took a day longer to receive my new iPad. No big deal! However when I took my new iPad to Best Buy to have to information transferred to my new one. I was told that it would cost me another &40.00.

    Very poor service, had problem logging on ipad. Bottom line i was locked out. Took it back to Best Buy and i was told they couldn't help. Then called Apple.support they wouldn't help, i have to wait. Very expensive ipad that i still cant sign in!
