    Very poor service, had problem logging on ipad. Bottom line i was locked out. Took it back to Best Buy and i was told they couldn't help. Then called Apple.support they wouldn't help, i have to wait. Very expensive ipad that i still cant sign in!

    I had a bitter experience and would never buy anything from Best Buy again. Was told I can exchange this product for the same one with a different colour (when ordering I forgot to pick the colour I wanted). I called the agent who said I can go to the store and exchange it for free, even if the price has gone up. but when I went to the store, was told to pay $100 extra for the same product. I paid uber to get there. I was assured that I will get it exchanged for same price but my real experience was different and bitter. Stuck with a product I do not like.
