The iPad Air is great for my needs. Nicely designed, easy to activate and transfer apps and data. Best Buy made the online sale/ store pickup a breeze! Also appreciated the trade-in program as well as the price match. (Used both programs) Thank you BestBuy!

I purchased this to replace my IPad Pro 1st generation. The only feature I wanted was the split screen and the ability to watch a show and use other apps at he same time. Therefore, it wasn’t worth the price difference to buy a 13” Pro. This one does everything I want it to do and I love the bigger screen.

I use this for school, I really love the size for taking notes, the battery life lasts all day plus some and it runs really well, charges fast as well.

This really was in excellent condition for an open box item. Love the processor speed and I'm glad I upgraded to an 13" screen from my previous Pro at 11".

This device has revolutionized how I take notes at work. Although people talk about how large the tablet it, it doesnt feel too big in my hands. Paired with the apple pencil, its a great tool for taking notes during work meetings.

Love it without any help from the Best Buy customer service I tried my best without depending on their tech. The old iPad transferred into the new iPad 13 “ and bigger screen I hadn’t seen and everything went smoothly. Thank you for the affordable pricing.

This is a great iPad. The larger screen is wonderful for my failing vision. I love watching TV shows, movies and playing games on this bigger screen. So much better than my previous iPads; this is my third. I sat “Go big or go home.”

My mom always complained about our Apple ecosystem. I got her the iPad for Christmas and she brings it with her everywhere. Like a literal toddler. She loves it. She has no complaints and neither do I.

The colors are vibrant, the quality of picture is great as well. This was a gift for my mother as her old iPad went out. Major upgrade from the standard 10 inch screen. Easier for her to read and navigate as well!

I absolutely LOVE this iPad soo much like I literally watch my shows and movies on it, I play arcade and games on it. I also write my notes on it and write on it as if it was a journal, and do my school work.

Great tablet. Battery lasts awhile and has a large storage. Side of tablet is magnetic for the pencil

I have 2 smaller iPads, and decided it was time to buy one with a larger screen. I love this new iPad, so much easier to work ( and play games) on, less eye strain for me.

I have been use it for a long time, it works awesome, I use it to see news, videos do my own task, markets etc, I love it.

The 13" is the perfect size for me--it can go from room to room or travel the US. So many options included and so many more to add to it. I added the case and screen protector, so I feel comfortable that going to have a long life of keeping me informed and connected.

I’ve had four 11” iPads and love them. Time to replace and I am so glad I upgraded to the 13”. It has stunning color resolution, and as an artist, I truly appreciate that. Purchasing from Best Buy was a positive experience. Excellent email updates on when I could pick it up, along with the necessary Magic Keyboard. Having tech staff at the store to help get it set up was wonderful. Stuart was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Plus he was very efficient ensuring that everything transferred. And facilitated the trade in iPad and I didn’t have to ship it myself! Thank you Best Buy for a superb purchase experience.
