I love this iPad. But, it has gone into Zoom mode and can’t t get it off. Can’t do anything at all. Wont let me turn it off, enter my passcode, or do anything other than bring up 3 screens that dont work. Geek Squad HELP!

Battery doesn’t last but color and size perfect would probably advice people about the battery life

This new IPad Air is definitely a top tier tablet. With this new enlarged screen and powerful chip, I am basically using this as a computer. Although yeah IPad OS is not the most friendly OS for using it as an actual computer, Apple has so many apps that can act as an alternative for you to stay productive and not feel blocked- at least for what I use this for. Battery life is crazy good. It can last for multiple days for normal browsing. I played a round of wild rift and from a full battery only 8% was used. My surface pro 9 could never. LOL. Durability. Well I went from the very first iPad Pro to this. I think Apple has proven that they build their products to last. I never renewed yearly even if they release a new model, cus no need. Display on this is good. kinda sucks it’s only 60 FPS max on IPAD Air but that never bothers me.

I really love it. It’s so fast! I am really enjoying the size. I had a mini before so this is a huge upgrade. The battery life is awesome. It’s not too large for me. I don’t own a laptop so this is very nice to have. I hope they continue to make and offer the iPad Air in the 13” larger size. It’s just so great. I didn’t want the iPad Pro so this was perfect!! Thanks Apple and Best Buy!

My favorite ipad to date. Imo this is the best performance vs value in ipad line up. Excellent performance, battery life, screen quality, etc. Traded smaller m1 air and this unit is big step up. I don't think you can go wrong with this product.

a gift to replace an old tablet..the person is 74 years old.. she says it is great.. brighter, faster, and bigger thus easier to read.. Also the battery life is amazing..

This sleek, beautifully designed iPad is practically weightless and was the ideal gift for Christmas from all of my mom's kids. The purple color is chic and the larger screen was worth every penny. The iPad takes the place of a more cumbersome desktop or laptop and mom just loves it! She is actively involved in a host of organizations and stays well organized with her iPad!

I love this iPad. I love the color. So many things you can do with multi-tasking option. The stereo sound from the speakers. It’s fast. And it’s light for the size. I also like that Best Buy took my old iPad in as a trade. I highly recommend this to someone looking to upgrade.

Sleek, stylish and fast! I recently upgraded to the 13 inch ipad air and haven't looked back. Setup was a breeze, the device works better than imagined, and it's stylish. I bought the 13inch because I read a lot on my ipad and I am happy I did. It's much easier to read on than the smaller ones. Games and apps work smooth and quick as well. The battery life lasts days for me and I'm generally on it 2-3 hours a day.

The larger screen and the weight make the ipad easy to use. The touch screen is convenient and sensitive, allowing its use on one's lap, which is helpful to the user.

A bit pricey, but worth the trouble. For non-techies, very user-friendly, fast,and pleasing to the eye.

Ive had this for over 6 month now and i can definitely say it was a great investment from using it at work to watching shows in bed and gaming i love everything about it and me and my friends use it daily

Wife loves her new “toy” it is faster, sharper image, great sound and bigger than her previous one. Battery life is much more efficient

This iPad is great! I previously owned an iPad Pro, however, this Air is so much faster and I love the bigger screen & graphics are better!
