Very hard to setup. Still have not downloaded all the software i need

No good product , not worth the money. Buy something better

My original order was cancelled with no notice and then the item was no longer available in the preferred color. I ordered a different color and it was lost in transit so that order was also cancelled. I ended up ordering this from a different company.

Nice iPad but not enough memory. Tried to update to iOS 18 but said it didn’t have enough space. Returned for a 512gb.

It was not the product. Didn't deliver on the promised date. It was a Christmas gift. Came on the 29th December. Was very very disappointed.

Truly awful for apple to make a device as powerful as limited by its OS. Just a cash grab as most items they make. Ended up returning in exchange for a preorder on the upcoming surface ARM

I had a bitter experience and would never buy anything from Best Buy again. Was told I can exchange the product for the same with with a different colour but when I went to the store, was told to pay $100 extra for the same product. I paid uber to go there. I was assured that I will get it exchanged for same price but my real experience was different and bitter. Stuck with a product I do not like.

Was a nice iPad but screen was a lot larger for traveling I tried was not my cup of tea decently heavy and not ideal for a mobile usage

Very poor service, had problem logging on ipad. Bottom line i was locked out. Took it back to Best Buy and i was told they couldn't help. Then called Apple.support they wouldn't help, i have to wait. Very expensive ipad that i still cant sign in!

First things first, I’m admittedly an “Apple fanboy” but have never been one who fawns indiscriminately over everything they do. For example, I thought the iPhone was overblown junk until the 4S came out and, even then, I thought it had plenty of flaws. With that being said, I think this iPad is my third attempt at giving an iPad a try. Before this, I had one of the original minis and, more recently, I had a 7th gen regular iPad. I barely touched either of them, let alone used them for anything substantial. My phone was always a lot more convenient to use and so I invariably found myself wondering what the hype was about. Until I purchased this 13” iPad Air yesterday. Wow! This thing is impressive! And even though I’m sure I’ll never use it anywhere near as often as I do my phone, I foresee wasting significantly more time in it than any other iPad I’ve owned. First of all, somehow, I think it’s lighter than the 7th gen regular iPad! Or if it isn’t, it sure gives the impression that it is, despite being considerably larger. Second, TouchID is via the power button is as flawless as I was hoping it would be. Personally, I always found TouchID on the iPhone to be a heck of a lot more convenient than FaceID (I understand that I’m a minority in this respect) and its implementation here doesn’t disappoint. Third, although I never looked at the new iPad Pro with its OLED screen, the Air’s screen is no slouch and is plenty great to meet my needs. Lastly, build quality/design and processor speed are welcome upgrades over my old 7th gen iPad. Final impression? The 13” iPad Air is a delight to behold and use! In my mind, it often (usually?) takes Apple years to develop products that are truly worthy of its own hype but they finally succeeded with the new Apple Air. No buyer’s regret on this purchase.

My wife is an iPhone person, but for the price of each, she likes the Samsung FE better.

The screen responds to touch inaccurately. If you press a “1,” the iPad enters a “2.”

iPad is awesome! Just purchase elsewhere… Best Buy is a greedy money grab company.

Got this for my wife on Mother's Day and she absolutely loves it. She was doing all of her online activity on her iPhone so the screen size is amazing by comparison. She did not need cellular connection since we have wifi almost everywhere nowadays. Screen resolution is amazing and it has all the processing power she will ever need. A+

Ipad much big much wow much cool. 10/10 would purchase again when they make a bigger one.
