    Purchasing the item I bought was easy on line. Picking up the item was OK. I felt it took way too much time for the employee to retrieve my order. The system first would not locate the item even scanning the barcode on my confirmation and notification that it was ready for pick up. After a while he found it where it was supposed to be but said it was packaged in a strange box he had never seen before. So no we have the item in our hands and he cannot check it out on the system because the number or codes on the box is not matching the number. I am the one that suggested we open the packaging and then scan the item box inside. He told me he could not open the external packaging. Only I was authorized to do it. So I said let’s do it. We did, he scan the actual product package and I was set to go. About 20 minutes for something that should have taken at most 5. I was the only customer on the pick up line.
