I have always had Apple products so I love the iPad Air. For me it is perfect. The larger screen is primarily why I purchased it. So far it exceeds my expectations. It fast and a new feature when using the key board. No more double tapping for caps. Color is great. I purchased an open box that was excellent. I did purchase the extended warranty this time. I have 6 ipads in my time but this is the most expensive so I decided to get the extra coverage.

It's Apple, what more to say? I purchased this for our daughter to continue her education with. She wanted this instead of a macbook so she utilize the Apple Pencil. She loves it. I did get it on an after Christmas sale.

This experience was a series of good and bad issues, so bear with me. Good: I purchased this 13" iPad Air at Best Buy on sale. They had my color choice in stock. Bad: The iPad's wifi was defective, toggling on and off every 5 seconds. I have never experienced a defective Apple product! Good: I brought it into Best Buy, and the very busy Geek Squad Technician broke away for a minute to hear about the wifi issue and declared it was defective, and I can return it for another one. Bad: I took it the returns counter and they did not have another unit in stock. I would have to place an order for another one, but she said their computer would not allow her to order it at the sale price. She said I could take this up with the REGIONAL MANAGER. Good: The regional manager just happened to be in the store, assisting another customer with a complicated transaction, and I waited around 10 minutes. He was a very pleasant person, and quickly resolved the pricing issue, and ordered the replacement. So he saved the day! Bad: What if the RM wasn't in the store. What would have been my recourse? Take the defective iPad to Apple? Good: The replacement unit arrived at my house before noon of the next day, as the regional manager had stated. I was very pleased with that outcome from the RM. Not so Good: New iPad: While everything worked on the replacement iPad, for whatever reason, during the initial setup it required an update to the new and reportedly buggy IOS26. We have noticed that the iPad does exhibit the bugs, such as sluggish touch response or screen lockups, it is also not as stable and requires us to turn it off and on again more often than our other iPads. During the initial setup of the first unit, the update to IOS26 was not required, and was not chosen due to my aversion to reports of its bugs. Something to keep in mind until a better version of IOS is released.

Great ipad. Like the price and really love the size.

This iPad represents one of my most satisfying purchases. Its performance capabilities are exceptional, empowering me to accomplish a wide range of tasks with remarkable efficiency. I am so impressed that I intend to remain a loyal Apple customer for future technology acquisitions.

I love it. Very nice size compared to my smaller one. I can see without straining my eyes Work well. Nice large keyboard. Thank you very much. Would buy again. Got to get a screen saver thou.

I love it! Makes traveling so much easier and functional

Pretty good upgrade from the 5th gen 10 inch model. Great for reading sheet music and watching videos. A bit too big to use in the bed for reading. Probably better going with a iPad Mini for that or any other small tablet/e reader.

I recently upgraded to the 13-inch iPad Air M3, and I can honestly say it's exceeded all my expectations. This isn't just an incremental update; it feels like a whole new class of device, especially with the larger screen.

I love this new IPad. It was so easy to set up, it connected and copied all my items on my IPhone. It’s so easy to use, just like using your phone but a much bigger screen, better sound etc.

I bought this product and enjoyed it so far to use it I’d recommend it to everyone perfect for classes and watching videos

I have been wanting an I pad for years and this is my first one. I have had fire tablets before and thought they were okay. That really don’t compare to this I Pad, it is awesome and don’t know how I have went this long without one for my business and personal

This was a present for my wife. She had always been a Windows person so this was a big change. Now that she is getting used to it she likes it much better than her old laptop.
